摘 要：汽车工业的发展离不开新能源汽车。为了更好的适应新能源汽车专业发展的需要，因此，传统的汽车教学方法和手段已不能满足新能源汽车的需求。为了加强新能源汽车专业师资队伍建设，要不断的优化新能源汽车课程设置，不断加强校企合作，并建立和发展新能源汽车专业基地，才能培养高素质的新能源汽车中职教育高素质的专业人员。

Abstract：The development of the automobile industry is inseparable from new energy vehicles. In order to better meet the needs of the professional development of new energy vehicles， the traditional teaching methods and methods for automobiles can no longer meet the needs of new energy vehicles. To strengthen the construction of the new energy vehicle professional faculty， it is necessary to continuously optimize the curriculum of new energy vehicles， continuously strengthen school-enterprise cooperation， and establish and develop new energy vehicle professional bases in order to cultivate high-quality new energy vehicle secondary vocational education Professionals.

新能源汽車本身具有许多优点，为我国新能源汽车的发展提供了强有力的支持，但是在我国新能源汽车的快速发展过程中，其推广和普及却缺少一批维修方面的专家。发展新能源汽车需要在维护保养方面下工夫，新能源汽车专业在教学中，由于教育人员自身经验不足，导致教学质量低下，因此，为了更好的满足教学需要，适应中职汽修新能源汽车专业发展，本文就如何加强新能源汽车的维护保养能力建设进行探讨。

1 我国新能源汽车的发展现状

（1）通过几十年的发展，我国已经成为一个生产、销售汽车的世界大国。由于我国汽车工业发展较晚，导致汽车行业发展中技术较为薄弱，但在新能源汽车领域，中国无论是研发设计、生产工艺还是产业化程度都高于发达国家。在国内新能源汽车企业自主研发的基础上，实现了混合动力、插电式混合动力和插电式混合动力的发展，开发出纯电动汽车等多种新能源汽车产品。有了丰富的动力电池产业基础和领先的发动机研发能力，在良好的市场和技术条件下，中国汽车工业将抓住新能源汽车在国内市场销售的机遇，突破电池技术，增加汽车供给，降低生产成本，推广应用。……
