摘 要：交通运输院校团学组织服务于全校学生，团学活动是教育的一项重要内容，是校园文化的重要建设内容，也能激励更多同学培养兴趣、拓宽人际、热爱生活、追求创新、增加知识。是引领学生成长成才，增强凝聚力，展现提升自我，促进学生全面发展的重要平台。美育教育对大学生各项能力培养和全面发展有非凡的意义。美育教育有利于提升大学生团学活动参与度，更好达到团学活动对于培养学生健全人格、提升职业素质、提高人才培养的意义。

The Aesthetic Education in the League Student Activities in Vocational Colleges of Transportation

Abstract：The group and study organization of transportation colleges serves the whole school. Group study activities are an important content of education and an important construction content of campus culture. It can also inspire more students to cultivate interest， expand interpersonal relationships， love life， pursue innovation， and increase knowledge. It is an important platform to lead students to grow into talents， enhance cohesion， show and improve themselves， and promote students' all-round development. Aesthetic education is of extraordinary significance to the cultivation and all-round development of various abilities of college students. Aesthetic education is conducive to enhancing the participation of college students in group study activities， and better achieve the significance of group study activities in cultivating students' healthy personality， improving professional quality， and talent training.

美育是通過培养人们对美的感受、认知，从而提升人生境界。党的十八大以来，我国高校美育工作取得可喜的进展，美育的育人导向更加凸显，结构布局不断优化，课程建设稳步推进，美育活动丰富多彩，资源保障持续向好。2019年教育部《关于切实加强新时代高等学校美育工作的意见》中指出：“学校美育是培根铸魂的工作，提高学生的审美和人文素养，全面加强和改进美育是高等教育当前和今后一个时期的重要任务。并提出了到2022年，高校美育取得突破性进展，美育教育教学改革成效显著，师资队伍建设和场馆设施明显加强，推进机制和评价体系日益完善，高校学生的审美和人文素养显著提升。到2035年，形成多样化高质量具有中国特色的社会主义现代化高等学校美育体系的总目标。”[1]

交通运输类高职院校在开展团学活动时不能忽视美育教育，要将美育与团学活动相结合，在开展活动时充分培养学生对美的感受、认知，做到内化于心，外化于形，发现美，创造美，科学运用美的规律和特点，全面育人，服务青年成长成才。……
