摘 要：近些年发展环保型汽车已成为全球化的趋势，而作为全球汽车行业发达国家的日本，在环保型汽车的领域上更是取得领先。日本环保型汽车的发展经验值得正处于高速发展阶段的中国学习与借鉴。本论文将从日本环保型汽车发展现状展开，从日本政府、日本汽车企业、日本民众这三个角度探析日本环保型汽车成功的原因，并且借鉴日本环保型汽车发展的成功之处，提出对中国环保型汽车发展的建议。

The Development Status of Environmentally Friendly Automobiles in Japan and Its Enlightenment to China

Abstract：In recent years， the development of environmentally friendly vehicles has become a global trend. As a developed country in the global automotive industry， Japan has taken the lead in the field of environmentally friendly vehicles. The development experience of Japan's environmentally friendly vehicles is worth learning for China， which is in the stage of rapid development. This paper will start from the status quo of the development of environmentally friendly vehicles in Japan， analyze the reasons for the success of Japanese environmentally friendly vehicles from the three perspectives of the Japanese government， Japanese auto companies， and Japanese people. Recommendations for the development of environmentally friendly vehicles are proposed.

1 日本環保型汽车发展现状

1.1 环保型汽车的定义

环保型汽车主要分为两类，材料型环保汽车以及新能源环保型汽车。新能源环保型汽车在核心科技上更为先进，目前汽车行业主要研究的是新能源汽车。过去的传统汽车为燃油型汽车，主要分为柴油车和汽油车，而新能源环保型汽车是从改变能源方式，分为燃料电池汽车、混合动力汽车、纯电动汽车。这类环保型汽车在排放上相对于传统燃油汽车，减少了温室气体和有害气体的排放。[1]

而材料型环保汽车，着重从汽车的材料选取入手，在制造汽车的过程中，选用有机-无机纳米复合材料、生物塑料等最新的环保材料以达到环保的目的。[2]

相对于材料型环保汽车，新能源环保型汽车则更能代表全球发展环保型汽车的趋势。本论文将着重从新能源环保型汽车着手，探析日本环保型汽车发展现状，提出对中国环保型汽车发展的建议。……
