摘 要 高水平“双师”队伍建设是高职学校高质量发展的关键因素，是培养新技术下复合型技能型人才的必备保障。以泰州职业技术学院机电装备制造技术专业群为例，通过分析专业群内教师队伍建设现状，从高水平教师队伍理念确定、教师队伍分类管理培育机制、教师智慧执教能力、教师国际化理念、高水平“双师型”导向的教师考核评价体系等几个方面，提出高水平“双师”队伍建设路径。

Research on Construction Path of High-Level Double Teachers Team in Higher Vocational Colleges Under Promotion of Double High Plan： Taking Major Group of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Technology as Example//ZHU Yan， XIE Zhongzhi， WANG Ying， LIU Yashu

Abstract The construction of high-level “double teachers” team is the key factor for the high-quality development of higher vocational schools. It is the necessary guarantee to cultivate compound skilled talents under the new technology. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the construction of teachers in the major group of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Technology in Taizhou Polytechnic College， this paper analyzes the concept of high-level teachers， the cultivation mechanism of teachers classified manage-ment， teachers wisdom teaching ability， the concept of teachers in-ternationalization， and the evaluation system of high-level double qualification oriented teachers， put forward the high-level “double teachers” team construction path.

0 引言

2019年4月，《教育部 财政部关于实施中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划的意见》（以下简称“双高计划”）正式印发，标志着“双高计划”的全面启动。打造高水平专业，推动人才建设整体水平提升，必须具备一支高素质高水平的教师团队。《制造业人才发展规划指南》预计到2025年，我国重點发展的十大制造业领域的人才缺口将达2 985.7万人。职业教育如何发展？如何培养符合社会需求的高技术人才？“谁来教”，是育人根本问题。教师队伍建设的重要性，在各级各类学校中都是不言而喻的，《国家职业教育改革实施方案》明确提出要多措并举打造“双师型”教师队伍，这是职业教育教师改革的核心目标。因此，如何把党中央关于深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的要求落到实处，是高职院校未来几年努力奋斗的目标。
