摘要：ZY8是以1027K作母本、T658作父本杂交选配的强优势转基因抗虫棉花新品种。ZY8属中熟陆地棉，产量高、纤维品质优。2017-2018年江西省棉花品种区域试验结果表明：生育期122.7天，皮棉产量1500.0kg/hm2，纤维长度31.5mm、断裂比强度34.4cN/tex、马克隆值4.9;四川省棉花品种区域试验结果表明：生育期129.6天，皮棉产量1614.3kg/hm2，纤维长度30.5mm、断裂比强度30.8cN/tex、马克隆值4.7。适宜在江西省、四川省棉花产区种植。

Breeding and Characteristics of a New Hybrid Cotton Variety zy8 with Strong Heterosis

Abstract： ZY8 is a new transgenic insect resistant cotton hybrid with strong heterosis by crossing with 1027K as female parent and T658 as male parent. And it belongs to medium maturing， of high yield and better fiber quali ty. The regional test results of cotton varieties in Jiangxi Province from 2017 to 2018 showed that the growth period was 122. 7 days; the lint yield was 1500. 0 kg/ hm; the fiber length was 31. 5 mm， the specific breaking strength was 34. 4 eN/ tex， and the micronaire was 4. 9. Thus in Sichuan Province showed that the growth period was 129.6 days; the lint yield was 1614. 3 kg/ hm， the fiber length was 30.5 mm， the specific breaking strength was 30.8 cN/ tex and the micronaire was 4. 7. It is suitable for planting in cotton producing areas of Jiangxi Province and Si chuan province.

ZY8是湖北省農业科学院经济作物研究所以自育的转基因抗虫棉新品系1027K为母本，以自育的常规陆地棉新品系T658为父本，配制而成的强优势转基因抗虫棉杂交种，分别于2019年通过江西省农作物品种审定委员会审定（审定编号：赣审棉20190004），2020年通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定（审定编号：川审棉20200005）2。该品种产量高、纤维品质优良、抗逆性好，适宜在江西省、四川省棉花产区种植，适应当前棉花生产绿色优质需求，市场应用前景较好，有利于稳定长江流域棉花生产，实现提质增效。

1亲本来源与选育过程

母本1027K是湖北省农业科学院经济作物育种栽培研究所从自育转cryl Ab /cry1Ac基因抗虫棉C111后代在枯萎病圃内按照育种目标连续强化选择，定向培育而成的抗病虫品系[3-41。父本T658是湖北省农业科学院经济作物所从配置杂交组合鄂棉21×中棉所12后代综合考察材料的丰产性、优质性及抗病性，经系谱法选择育成的综合性状优良品系[5]。……
