【摘    要】阅读是小学语文的重点内容，是培养学生语言表达能力、感知能力和审美能力的前提，然而在实际教学中，由于教学环境和教学模式等问题，导致语文阅读教学效果不理想。因此，在新课程改革背景下，教师应该及时转变教学策略，创新教学体系，探析阅读素养的内涵，采取有效的教学方法，全面促进学生阅读素养的提升。基于此，本文从小学语文阅读教学的现状出发，提出了新课程改革背景下培育学生阅读素养的路径和策略，以供参考。

Research on Paths and Strategies to Improve Primary School Students Reading Literacy

【Abstract】Reading is the key content of primary school Chinese， and it is the prerequisite for cultivating students' language expression ability， perception ability and aesthetic ability. However， in actual teaching， due to the teaching environment and teaching mode， the teaching effect of Chinese reading is not ideal， so in the context of the new curriculum reform， teachers should promptly change teaching strategies， innovate teaching systems， explore the connotation of reading literacy， adopt effective teaching methods， and fully realize the improvement of students reading literacy. Based on this， this article starts from the status quo of Chinese reading teaching in primary schools， and proposes paths and strategies for cultivating students' reading literacy under the background of the new curriculum reform for reference.

《小學语文课程标准》指出，语文阅读教学要根据学生的实际发展需求和学习需要，在全面培养学生语言应用能力的同时，注重提升学生利用语文知识解决问题、处理问题和获取信息的能力，其关键在于培养学生的阅读素养，并通过大量的阅读教学拓宽学生的阅读面，全面提升语文教学质量。但是由于教师教学方法偏差，学生的阅读兴趣不足，导致阅读教学难以顺利开展，需要教师及时转变教学策略，另辟蹊径。

一、小学语文阅读教学的现状
