摘  要：智能手机功能的多样化，以及网络的迅速发展，使得智能手机无论在生活便利性提高方面，还是在个人发展与精神愉悦方面都发挥着重要作用，对于大部分年轻人来说，智能手机已经成为随身品。但是很多老年人对智能手机功能不了解，即使知道也不能够熟练操作。该文从社会支持理论的视角，结合老年人在智能手机使用能力提升的需求，探索如何形成从正式社会支持与非正式社会支持为老年人使用智能手机提供帮助，使得老年人能够充分享受到网络时代的便利。

Research on the Improvement of Smartphone Use Ability of the Elderly from the Perspective of Social Support Theory

Abstract： The diversification of smart phone functions and the rapid development of the network make smart phones play an important role in improving the convenience of life， personal development and spiritual pleasure. For most young people， smart phones have become portable goods. However， many elderly people do not understand the functions of smart phones， and even if they do， they can not operate them skillfully. From the perspective of social support theory， combined with the needs of the elderly to improve their ability to use smart phones， this paper explores how to form formal social support and informal social support to help the elderly use smart phones， so that the elderly can fully enjoy the convenience of the network age.

2020年9月29日中国互联网络信息中心发布的第46次《中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》中指出2020年上半年，我國个人互联网应用呈现平稳增长态势，中国网民规模已达13.19亿，60岁及以上网民占比为11.2%。从数据上看，互联网有进一步向老年群体渗透的趋势，但是老年人对网络的使用，尤其是对智能手机的使用能力还需进一步提高。

智能手机在现在的日常生活和学习中发挥中重要作用，截至2020年12月，网民使用手机上网的比例高达99.7%。智能手机使得人们的生活更加便利，学习的内容更加丰富。使用智能手机对于很多人来说是很平常的事情，但对于老年人来说，却有所不同。针对防疫期间老年人不会使用健康码、老年人不会在手机上缴纳医保费用等事件的出现，虽然各地针对老年人不会使用智能手机的情况，设置了便民服务，但是不能仅仅因为老年人不会使用，就使他们不能享受智能手机迅速发展所带的便利。……
