摘要：神经型犬瘟热的发病率很低但治愈率更低。为提高神经型犬瘟热的治愈率并缩短神经型犬瘟热的疔程，该文采用中西医结合的治疗方法成功治愈了中晚期神经型犬瘟热病例，并希望以该种治疗手段做依托，为神经型犬瘟热病例的中西医结合治疗方法提供借鉴和参考，治愈更多神经型犬瘟热病例。

Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Neurogenic Canine Distemper

Abstract：The incidence of neurodistemper is low but the cure rate is even lower. In order to improve the cure rate of nerve-type canine distemper and shorten the course of treatment of nerve-type canine distemper，this article has successfully cured the middle and late stages of nerve-type canine distemper by using the method of integrated Chinese and Western medicine，and hopes to rely on this method of treatment，it can be used for reference and cure more cases of canine distemper of nerve type.

神经型犬瘟热属于犬瘟热临床症状中的一种，主要由于犬瘟热病毒在机体产生的抗体达到免疫水平之前，病毒透过血脑屏障扩散到脑部引起机体出现中枢神经系统受损伤的病症。临床症状主要表现为体温呈双相热，精神出现异常，身体痉挛，运动强直，感觉丧失，大小便失禁，甚至出现抽搐、惊厥、角弓反张等癫痫状，最终陷入昏迷甚至死亡。当病犬出现典型的癫痫状惊厥和昏迷时，表明疾病已经发展至中晚期，往往治愈率很低，死亡率非常高。有调查表明，单纯的中兽医或西医对犬瘟热的治疗效果都不太理想（治愈率分别为60%和50%），而中西兽医结合治疗的效果可达到90%左右[1]。由于神经型犬瘟热病情在犬瘟热的几种类型中症状最明显、病情也最严重，因此单纯采用西医治疗神经型犬瘟热，治疗效果不佳，治愈率非常低。

1病例介绍

饲养的一只2月龄、重8 kg的雌性斗牛犬。

第1天就诊症状。体温39.5 ℃，不吃食，鼻镜干燥，流鼻涕，脚底稍粗，打喷嚏，肠音弱。治疗：①五联高免血清5 mL （肌注）②小偌霉素1.5万单位加庆大霉素4万单位（肌注）③安苄青霉素50万单位（2支），地塞米松2 mg （肌注）④安痛定2 mL （肌注）。……
