摘要：猪人工授精技术是比较先进的生猪繁育技术，与自然交配相比有很多的优势，可以减少种公猪的饲养数量，降低饲养成本，减少疾病的传播，对于品种改良有非常重要的意义，但是人工授精的效果也受到很多因素的影响。该文根据定西市安定区猪人工授精情况，对影响人工授精的因素及人工授精过程中存在的问题做了详细的分析，并给出改进措施，以期提高人工授精效果。

Factors Affecting the Effect of Artificial Insemination in Pigs and Countermeasures

Abstract：Pig artificial insemination technology is a relatively advanced pig breeding technology. It has many advantages over natural mating. It can reduce the feeding number of breeding boars，reduce the feeding cost and reduce the spread of diseases. It is of great significance for breed improvement，but the effect of artificial insemination is also affected by many factors. According to the situation of pig artificial insemination in Anding District of Dingxi City，the factors affecting artificial insemination and the problems existing in the process of artificial insemination are analyzed in detail，and the improvement measures are given in order to improve the effect of artificial insemination.

我国的猪人工授精技术起步较晚，在20世纪50年代开始人工授精试验，60年代开始推广应用，但是随着改革开放，引进品种增多，引进品种发情不明显，不能准确进行发情鉴定，难以掌握输精时间，造成母猪屡配不孕、受胎率下降、产仔数降低，这些人工授精过程中出现的问题阻碍人工授精技术的推广。20世纪90年代，随着人工授精技术的进一步发展，特别是冷冻精液的发展，人工授精技术逐渐被大型规模化养猪场认可并推广，并且随着世界贸易的发展，国外的大批猪肉涌入我国，对我国养猪业的发展造成了巨大的冲击。面对日益激烈的市场竞争，就要降低成本，饲养优良品种，提高产品的竞争力，人工授精技术以其独特的优势逐渐在全国推广。人工授精对技术要求较高，任何一个环节如果出现差错或者疏忽，就会影响人工授精效果。
