【摘要】目的：研究盆底肌电刺激治疗女性慢性盆腔疼痛的临床效果观察。方法：选取2018年5月至2020年5月期间在江门市人民医院妇科治疗的118例慢性盆腔疼痛患者，随机分为对照组59例与研究组59例，对照组常规护理治疗，而研究组使用盆底肌电刺激仪护理治疗。结果：研究组治疗慢性盆腔疼痛的效果明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：女性慢性盆腔疼痛患者采用盆底肌电刺激进行护理治疗可以明显减轻患者盆腔疼痛，还能在一定程度上减少疾病不良反应，提高治疗效率。

Observation on the clinical effect of pelvic floor muscle electrical stimulation in treating female chronic pelvic pain

[Abstract] Objective： To study the clinical effect of pelvic floor myoelectric stimulation in the treatment of female chronic pelvic pain. Methods： 118 patients with chronic pelvic pain who were treated in gynecology department of Jiangmen people’s Hospital from May 2018 to may 2020 were randomly divided into control group （59 cases） and study group （59 cases）. The control group was given routine nursing treatment， while the study group was treated with pelvic floor myoelectric stimulator. Results： the effect of the study group in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain was significantly higher than that of the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： female patients with chronic pelvic pain using pelvic floor myoelectric stimulation nursing treatment can significantly reduce pelvic pain， but also to a certain extent reduce adverse reactions， improve treatment efficiency.

慢性盆腔痛（Chronic Pelvic Pain， CPP）的定义是位于下胃（小骨盆）的持续性或间歇性疼痛持续超过6个月。CPP是一种常见的疾病，约六分之一的成年女性受其影响[1]。疼痛加剧会恶化患者的生活质量，需要进行药物治疗或外科手术。据估计，在任何年龄段的妇女中，12 %的妇女抱怨在骨盆小区域有慢性疼痛感[2]。英国的数据显示，由于CPP，每年约有18 %的女性请病假。研究表明在婦产科门诊就诊的女性中约有2%～10%患有CPP，其中约20 %接受了诊断性腹腔镜检查，10%～15%的CPP患者有资格进行子宫切除术[3]。目前该病的病因复杂，往往需要很长的时间来缓解盆腔疼痛，选择高效性针对慢性盆腔炎疼痛的治疗方法尤其重要[4-5]。对此，我们对盆底肌电刺激治疗女性慢性盆腔疼痛的临床效果进行观察。
