[摘要]目的研究分析兒科护士护理危重患儿的工作质量现状。方法选取2021年1—3月在湖南省12所医院护理危重患儿的875名儿科护士作为研究对象，用量表进行现场评估护理工作质量。结果共填写有效评估量表841份，评估量表总得分为97.90（90.00，100.00）分，各维度得分排在后3位的是病情观察、基础护理以及文件书写。职称为“护士”及工龄≤3年的儿科护士在护理工作质量评价中总得分低（P <0.05）;内科护士的基础护理、文件书写得分低于外科与急危重症科，但治疗处置得分及并发症护理得分高 （ P <0.05）;儿科护士在16：01～20：00文件书写得分高，但在基础护理及健康教育方面，08：00～16：00工作的护士得分高（ P <0.05）;患儿住院日为22～28 d 组并发症护理得分低，>28 d 组治疗处置得分低，15～21 d 组文件书写得分低（ P <0.05）。结论儿科护士护理危重患儿的护理工作质量总体水平良好，病情观察、基础护理以及文件书写执行仍有待改进，管理者应结合护士个体和工作环境制订培训方案，提高护理工作质量。

An investigation of the nursing quality status quo of pediatric nurses for critically ill infants

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the nursing quality status quo of pediatric nurses for critically ill infants. Methods A total of 875 pediatric nurses who nursed critically ill infants in 12 hospitals of Hu'nan Province from January to March 2021 were selected and taken as the subjects of research， and the nursing quality was evaluated on the spot with scales. Results A total of 841 effective evaluation checklists were filled in， with a total score of 97.90（90.00， 100.00）. The three dimensions with the lowest scores were condition observation， elementary nursing， and document writing. Pediatric nurses with the professional title "nurse" whose length of service ≤3 years got low total scores in the evaluation of nursing quality （P <0.05）. The scores of basic nursing and document writing of the nurses of internal medicine department were lower than those of surgery and ICU， but their scores of metacheirisis and nursing of complications were higher （P <0.05）. Pediatric nurses scored higher in document writing during 16：01-20：00， while the nurses working during 08：00-16：00 scored higher in elementary nursing and health education （P <0.05）. The group nursing the pediatric patients who were hospitalized for 22-28 d got low scores in nursing of complications， the group nursing the pediatric patients who were hospitalized for >28 d got low scores in metacheirisis， and the group nursing the pediatric patients who were hospitalized for 15-21 d got low scores in document writing （P <0.05）. Conclusion The nursing quality of pediatric nurses for critically ill infants is generally good， but the practice of condition observation， elementary nursing and document writing still needs to be improved. In formulating training programs， the administrative personnel should take nurse individuals and the working environment into consideration to improve the quality of nursing work.

護理工作质量是护理管理工作的重点，与护理安全息息相关[1]。而危重症患者的护理执行情况是护理工作质量评价中的一项重要内容[2]，临床上常用基础护理[3]及文件书写[4]等指标对护理工作质量进行评价，但缺乏统一标准。目前国内外对于危重患儿的护理关注点主要集中在患儿病情评估[5]、护士能力培养[6]及护理过程改进[7]等方面，对儿科护士护理危重患儿的工作质量现状尚缺乏相关研究。因此，本研究自行设计评估量表，评估儿科护士护理危重患儿的工作质量现状，以期为管理者制订相关培训措施、提升护理质量提供依据。

1对象与方法

1.1研究对象

采取便利抽样法，抽取2021年1—3月湖南省12所儿童专科医院及儿科专科病房护理危重患儿的儿科护士作为评估对象。研究对象的纳入标准：（1）护士：①医院在职护士;②知情同……
