[摘要]目的了解合肥市4家三甲醫院肿瘤科护士灵性照护知识、态度和行为的现状及影响因素，为临床灵性照护工作的开展及针对性培训提供依据。方法自行设计《肿瘤科护士灵性照护知信行调查问卷》，通过整群抽样法于2020年10—12月选取安徽省合肥市4家三甲医院肿瘤科护士进行问卷调查，应用单因素分析、多元线性回归分析影响因素。结果650名肿瘤科护士知识得分为（38.08±3.86）分、态度得分为（28.96±2.77）分、行为得分为（19.67±4.27）分。6.77%的调查对象知识水平达到良好，60.61%的调查对象态度达到良好，50.93%的调查对象行为实践较差;年龄、学历、专科护士、灵性照护培训经历是灵性照护知识的影响因素，专科护士、灵性照护培训经历是灵性照护态度的影响因素;学历、专科护士、灵性照护培训经历、工作科室是灵性照护行为的影响因素。结论肿瘤科护士灵性照护态度较好，灵性照护知信行处于中等水平，低学历、低年资护士、非护理专科护士灵性照护能力水平亟待提高，各科室间应加强学习交流。

Study on the current situation and influencing factors of spiritual care knowledge， belief and practice of nurses in oncology department of four first-class hospitals in Hefei

[Abstract] Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of the knowledge， attitude and practice of spiritual care for nurses in the oncology departments of four 3A hospitals in Hefei， and to provide basis for the development of clinical spiritual care and targeted training . Methods The Questionnaire on Knowledge， Attitude and Practice of Spiritual Care for Oncology Nurses was self-designed. Through the method of cluster sampling， nurses in the oncology departments of four third-class hospitals in Hefei， Anhui Province were selected for questionnaire survey from October to December 2020. Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors. Results The scores of knowledge， attitude and practice of 650 nurses in oncology department were （38.08±3.86），（28.96±2.77） and （19.67±4.27） points， respectively .6.77% respondents reached good knowledge level， 60.61% had good attitude and 50.93% had poor behavior practice. Age， educational background， specialist nurse and spiritual care training experience were the influencing factors of the knowledge in spiritual care， while specialist nurse and spiritual care training experience were the influencing factors of the attitude of spiritual care. Educational background， professional nurse， training experience of spiritual care and department were the influencing factors of the practice in spiritual care. Conclusion The nurses in oncology department have a good attitude towards spiritual care， and their knowledge， attitude and practice of spiritual care are at a medium level. The nurses with low educational background and junior years and non-nursing nurses need to improve their spiritual care ability. Learning and communication among departments should be strengthened.

灵性照护是指护理人员通过评估患者的精神困扰，针对性提供符合其文化、信仰的干预措施，通过有效的积极互动来传达爱、同情和理解，以维护患者身心安适、精神健康[1]。肿瘤患者在疾病治疗过程中承受着身心的巨大痛苦，在精神层面有诸多困扰和需求，尤其晚期肿瘤患者更为明显[2]，作为与患者接触密切的肿瘤科护士，其灵性照护的知识、态度和行为能力，将对患者的照护质量乃至生活质量的提高、医疗费用的降低起着至关重要的作用[3]。……
