【摘  要】互联网信息技术的发展和大数据时代的到来，促进了许多行业的创新和转型。在日常采购管理活动中，传统采购方式的缺点逐渐显现，并为企业管理带来了许多问题。此时，企业应该放弃传统的采购模式，将采购管理流程与大数据时代背景相衔接，帮助企业采用最先进的采购方式和物流运输模式，合理控制企业采购成本。基于此，论文介绍了企业采购成本控制的现状，分析了大数据环境下企业采购成本控制的对策，以供参考。

【Abstract】The development of internet information technology and the arrival of big data era have promoted the innovation and transformation of many industries. In the daily procurement management activities， the shortcomings of traditional procurement methods gradually appear， and bring many problems for enterprise management. At this time， the enterprise should give up the traditional procurement mode， connect the procurement management process with the background of big data era， help the enterprise adopt the most advanced procurement mode and logistics transportation mode， and reasonably control the enterprise procurement cost. Based on this， this paper introduces the current situation of enterprise procurement cost control， analyzes the countermeasures of enterprise procurement cost control in the big data environment， for reference.

1 引言

采购成本指与采购原材料、部件相关的物流费用，包括采购订单费用、采购计划制订人员的管理费用、采购人员管理费用等。存货的采购成本包括购买价款、相关税费、运输费、装卸费、保险费以及其他可归属于存货采购成本的费用。对于一般纳税人而言，采购成本不包含进项税额;但对于小规模纳税人而言，进项税额也要包含在其采购成本之中。作为企业供应链的顶端的采购工作，也担任着各个生产活动与消费者活动的导向者的身份。采购管理是企业发展过程中尤为重要的过程，在企业经营中占有很大比重，资金投入密集，管理过程复杂。采购过程中的战略定位、行为模式和思维来源相对落后，除此之外，由于采购员素质较低，采购过程中管理秩序混乱，导致采购制度在企业发展过程中存在一定的缺陷，影响了企业的利润，阻碍了企业的发展，将企业的发展置于危险之中。……
