【摘  要】推动大数据相关产业的发展是我国当前主要的战略政策，而为保证这一战略政策的顺利实施，需要实现大数据信息共享。但由于管理漏洞和技术缺陷，为用户个人信息和使用数据带来了安全隐患。论文就现阶段大数据共享平台用户安全问题进行简要的分析与探讨，希望对推进大数据共享平台建设、优化平台功能和效用提出一些有价值的建议。

【Abstract】Promoting the development of industries related to big data is the main strategic policy in China， and in order to ensure the smooth implementation of this strategic policy， we need to achieve big data information sharing. However， due to management loopholes and technical defects， it brings security risks to users' personal information and use of data. This paper briefly analyzes and discusses the user security problems of big data sharing platform at current stage， hoping to put forward some valuable suggestions for promoting the construction of big data sharing platform， optimizing the function and effectiveness of the platform.

1 大数据及其共享平台与传统平台技术的概述

在信息全球化背景下，越来越多的国家将大数据视为战略性资源，并积极推动信息化基础和大数据平台建设，使之能够为国家经济发展提供助力。大数据是互联网、数据库、云计算等技术应用的产物，具有规模化、多样化、多元化、动态化等特点，尤其是其还具备超快的处理速度和强大的分析能力，使其能广泛应用于各行各业，提供精准化定制和预测服务。而随着大数据技术的日益成熟，大数据共享平台建设也得到了良好发展，为商业模式和管理技术发展带来诸多动力。但就现实而言，我国大数据共享平台建设起步较晚，缺乏相应的经验，体系不够成熟，用户安全问题得不到保障。虽然大数据技术的出现与应用改变了科技发展局势，为全社会的发展与进步带来了机遇，但同时也面临着严峻的挑战。相关数据调查研究显示，我国数据泄露量逐年增加，用户安全问题越来越突出。……
