摘要：绿道网规划已逐步融入城乡规划体系，其对统筹城乡资源、优化城镇空间格局、促进城乡绿色交通系统具有重要意义。在乡村振兴背景下，文章结合绿道发展，关注乡村经济及其与生态环境保护、产业链构造、文化传承保护等之间的连接，分析绿道与乡村产业带建设相结合带来的综合效益;通过构建结合绿道发展的乡村产业带评价体系对规划要素进行“分层+叠加”，进而总结出一套结合绿道发展的乡村产业带规划方法及应用途径。

Methods of Rural Industrial Belt Planning in Combination

with Greenway Development

Abstract：Greenway network planning has been gradually integrated into the urban and rural planning system， which is of great significance for coordinating urban and rural resources， optimizing urban spatial pattern and promoting urban and rural green transportation system. In the context of rural revitalization， the paper studies the rural industrial belt from the perspective greenway development. It puts the focus on the rural economy development and its connection with ecological environment protection， industrial chain structure， cultural heritage protection， etc.， and studies the comprehensive benefits brought by the combination of greenway and rural industrial belt development. By constructing the evaluation system of rural industrial belt in combination with greenway development to delayer and superpose the planning elements， this paper summarizes a set of planning methods and application approaches of rural industrial belt in combination with greenway development.

隨着十九大“乡村振兴”战略的提出，乡村产业发展问题备受关注，一系列乡村建设活动如火如荼地进行，乡村各地发展也取得了很大的成效，然而由于城乡二元体制差异、地域性差异[1]等原因，我国城乡发展仍然不平衡，乡村发展依然存在很大提升空间。

乡村振兴大背景下，乡村产业发展不应只是单一农业种植和生产，而应推动乡村产业的统筹发展，注重乡村的生态和文化属性[2]，开展乡村多元经济建设，提升乡村发展活力。绿道作为一种特殊的线性绿色开敞空间，其相互连接与交叉形成的绿色网络对改善城乡生态环境、促进经济和文化发展具有重要作用[3]。……
