摘要：鉴于目前我国森林康养基地与步道建设制度不健全、基础设施不完善等问题，建立健全的森林康养基地与步道认证体系成为当务之急。日本于2006年建立了世界首个森林康养基地与步道认证体系。文章对日本认证体系的评价内容、评价方法进行全面解析，结果表明，其认证体系对场地整备、立地条件、自然条件等硬件条件，以及组织管理、运营推广、可持续发展、社会条件等软件条件都提出高标准要求，并通过生理、心理、物理化学实验项目采用定性评价与定量评价等手段对森林康养效果进行综合评价，系统科学地推进基地与步道的高质量建设。该研究可为我国开展相关认证体系理论研究与实践提供借鉴与参考。

Certification Scheme of Forest Therapy Base and Footpath in Japan

Abstract：In view of the challenges facing forest therapy base and footpath construction in China， such as the defective regime and unsound infrastructures， it is urgent to establish a sound forest therapy base and footpath certification scheme. Japan established the worlds first forest therapy base and footpath certification scheme in 2006. Through the comprehensive analysis of the auditing content and method adopted by the certification scheme， the paper finds that the scheme sets high standard requirements for site preparation， site conditions and natural resources， as well as organization management， operation promotion， sustainable development and social conditions. The scheme uses qualitative and quantitative evaluation to comprehensively evaluate the effect of forest therapy with physiological， psychological， physical and chemical experimental projects， thus promoting systematically and scientifically the construction of the base and footpath with high quality. This paper can provide references for the research and practices of certification scheme in China.
