摘 要：打赢精准脱贫攻坚战是国家治理能力现代化的重要体现，关系着全面建成小康社会之成败。体育手段的融入可为精准扶贫进程中难题的破解、瓶颈的突破和路径的选择提供技术支持。研究从“+体育”和精准扶贫融合的逻辑基础入手，运用文献研究和逻辑分析，探讨了“+体育”手段和精准扶贫供需耦合的现实背景及体育发展的时代诉求，厘清了精准扶贫过程中体育的功能与担当，进而探究了包括方式简单粗放、主体间壁垒和体育认知局限在内的制约“+体育”功能实现的羁绊，提出了“财政+体育”“文旅+体育”“健康+体育”“教育+体育”“創新+体育”等助力精准扶贫的实践路径，旨在为脱贫攻坚战提供理论支撑和路径选择。

Abstract：The battle against targeted poverty is an essential demonstration of the notable progress made in modernizing Chinas capacity for governance， playing a deceive role in building a moderately prosperous society， during which methods of “+ sports” can provide technical supports to address the difficulties and bottlenecks and giving development paths. Applying literature research and logical analysis， this research proceeds with the logical foundation of the integration between “+ sports” and targeted poverty alleviation， and discusses the current backdrop of their couplings and the development appeals of sports to clarify the function of sports in targeted poverty alleviation. Besides， this research explores the difficulties remained including being simple and extensive， barriers within major parts and cognitive limitations in sports and puts forward practical methods for targeted poverty alleviation including “finance + sports”， “culture and tourism + sports”， “health +sports”， “education +sports”， “innovation + sports” for the purpose of providing the battle against poverty with theoretical supports and patterns.

随着经济社会的不断发展，贫困的概念逐渐由物质层面向精神、文化和社会多层面扩充，成为一个多方位的、动态性的、复杂性的概念。尤其在中国的贫困地区呈现出物质基础薄弱，精神需求高涨的尴尬局面，攻坚脱贫成为全面建成小康社会的三大攻坚战之一，受到政府和社会各界的广泛重视，精准脱贫上升到战略高度。但是，精准扶贫的实际执行效果却不尽人意，识别模糊、帮扶错位、缺乏长效机制等瓶颈问题导致贫困人口脱靶返贫复生，贫困地区仍客观存在。近年来，随着体育产业的不断升温，社会各界对体育发展模式不断摸索，“体育+”和“+体育”两种新思维模式诞生，并受到广泛推崇[1]。……
