摘 要：采用文献资料法、可视化分析法，以Web of science核心合集数据库收录的439篇老年人户外休闲活动研究的文献数据为研究对象，梳理了国外老年人户外休闲活动的研究现状，并对其研究内容及发展特征进行分析。研究发现：老年人户外休闲活动研究可分为缓慢发展和快速发展两个时期;西方发达国家的研究程度处于绝对的领先地位;全球的各高等院校是推动发展的重要力量;研究领域形成了老年学和老年医学、环境科学和体育学等多学科相互融合的特点。从研究内容看，老年人户外休闲研究主要涉及了老年人户外身体活动、锻炼及步行等多方面;从发展历程看，老年人户外休闲活动在缓慢发展期的研究方向比较单一，经过快速发展期的不断发展，研究水平得到明显提高。

Abstract：Based on literature data and visual analysis， by taking the 439 articles on elderly outdoor leisure research collected in the Web of science core collection database as research objects， the authors sorted out the research status of outdoor leisure activities for elderly people abroad， and analyzed their research contents and development characteristics. It is found that the research can be divided into two periods： slow development and rapid development; western developed-countries have an absolute leading position in the research; the universities from all over the world are an important force to promote elderly outdoor leisure research; the field formed the interdisciplinary characteristics involved in geriatrics， gerontology， environmental science， and sports science. In terms of research contents， it mainly involves in the elderly's outdoor physical activities， exercise， and walking. From the perspective of the development process， the research direction of elderly outdoor leisure activities in the slow development period is relatively single. And after the rapid development period， the research level has been significantly improved.

21世紀初以来，我国老龄化程度日益加剧，对我国积极应对老龄化提出了巨大的挑战。2019年7月，国务院在《关于实施健康中国行动的意见》中提出，老年人健康快乐是社会文明进步的重要标志。老年人退休后基本处于闲暇状态， 业余时间丰富，由于离开从事的工作岗位，不再进行职业活动，从社会上一个确定的工作角色变为无特定意义的角色，从家庭中的供养者变为被供养者等，这种角色的缺失和转变，往往容易使老年人感到晚年生活的凄凉[1]。与此同时，年轻人的生活节奏不断加快，在家陪伴老年人的时间减少，使得我国传统的家庭养老模式严重失灵。……
