山东省举摔柔项目运动员铁营养干预研究

摘 要:目的:分析山東省举重、摔跤、柔道项目运动员的铁营养状况,并探讨有效的干预方法。方法: 选取以上3个项目253名运动员为研究对象,进行血常规和铁蛋白的检测。筛选出铁蛋白低(SF<30μg/L)的96名队员随机分为3组:对照组(CG)、铁剂组(FG)、铁剂加有益菌组(FBG),每组32例,共干预12周。比较干预前后三组运动员的血红蛋白(Hb)、铁蛋白(FP)以及肠道屏障功能指标二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸。结果:1)三组队员干预前和干预后的血红蛋白无显著性差异(P>0.05),FG和FBG干预后的血红蛋白较干预前均有增长,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2)3组干预前的铁蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组干预前后的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但FG和FBG干预后的铁蛋白水平较干预前均显著提高(P<0.01)。3)3组干预前的DAO、D- 乳酸的差异均无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。CG和FG干预前后的两项指标均未发生明显变化(P>0.05)。但FBG干预后的DAO和D-乳酸水平均比干预前显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:铁剂力蜚能能够显著改善举摔柔运动员的血红蛋白和铁蛋白水平,加用益生菌后对于运动员的肠道屏障功能有一定的改善效果,对血红蛋白和铁蛋白的提升效果优于力蜚能。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the iron nutrition status of weightlifting, wrestling and judo athletes in Shandong province, and to explore effective intervention methods.Methods:253 athletes in the above three events were selected as the research objects, and the blood routine and ferritin were detected. 96 members with low ferritin (SF<30 μ g / L) were randomly divided into three groups: control group (CG), iron group (FG), iron plus beneficial bacteria group (FBG), 32 cases in each group, for 12 weeks. Hemoglobin (HB), ferritin (FP) and intestinal barrier function indexes (DAO) and D-lactate were compared before and after the intervention.Results:1) There was no significant difference in hemoglobin between the three groups before and after intervention (P>0.05). The hemoglobin of FG and FBG after intervention increased, but there was no statistical significance (P>0.05). 2) There was no significant difference in ferritin level among the three groups before intervention (P>0.05). There was no significant difference before and after the intervention in the control group (P>0.05), but the ferritin level of FG and FBG after intervention was significantly higher than before (P<0.01). 3) There was no significant difference in Dao and D-lactate among the three groups before intervention (P>0.05). There was no significant change in CG and FG before and after intervention (P>0.05). However, the levels of Dao and D-lactate after FBG intervention were significantly lower than those before FBG intervention (P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of hemoglobin and ferritin in the athletes can be significantly improved by NIFEREX iron polysaccharide complex supplement, and the effect of probiotics on the intestinal barrier function of the athletes can be improved to a certain extent, and the effect of improving hemoglobin and ferritin is better than that of NIFEREX iron polysaccharide complex.

铁是维持生命活动的必需微量元素,它对高级形式的生命是必需的。铁在体内的生理功能主要是作为血红蛋白、肌红蛋白、细胞色素等的组成部分而参与体内氧的运送和组织呼吸过程[1-3]。铁与机体有氧代谢能力密切相关。激烈的竞技体育运动加剧了铁代谢的速率,并影响机体铁平衡。相关调查显示[4],优秀运动员的大部分矿物质摄入不足,尤其是女运动员存在较高的缺铁性贫血风险。举重、摔跤、柔道作为分级别参赛的运动项目,尤其是需要控制体重的小体重级别女运动员,铁缺乏状况尤其严重,大大影响了运动员的运动能力。在日常科技服务中发现,运动员补铁后大部分有一定程度的改善,但还有部分运动员的铁改善状况不明显,除跟运动强度大,控体重减少饮食等因素有关外,估计还与肠胃吸收功能欠佳有关。本研究拟采用改善……
