[摘要]目的探討近年来黄芪治疗肾病的研究情况。方法以 Web of Science 和 CNKI 为检索平台，收集从2010—2020年有关黄芪治疗肾病研究的相关文献，利用可视化分析软件 VOSviewerz_v1.6.11，通过文献计量学方法，对作者、国家、发文机构、关键词等内容构建知识图谱，探讨分析黄芪治疗肾病的研究情况。结果国内外发文总量呈上升趋势;发文量最高作者单位为上海中医药大学龙华医院和中国中医科学院西苑医院;研究机构中复旦大学和北京中医药大学的中英文文献发文量最多;高频关键词为糖尿病肾病、黄芪、黄芪甲苷和肾病综合征等。结论国内研究结合中西医治疗，进一步探明其潜在药效的演变。未来加强各国家机构之间的沟通合作、以动物实验为基础，研究中药成分的药理可能是研究的主要方向。

VOSviewer-based visualized analysis on research status of Astragalus in the treatment of nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the research status of Astragalus in treating nephropathy in recent years. Methods Web of Science and CNKI were used as search platforms to collect relevant literatures on the research of Astragalus in the treatment of nephropathy from 2010 to 2020. With the help of the visualized analysis software VOSviewerz_v1.6.11， a mapping knowledge domain based on author， country， issuing institution， and keywords was constructed by bibliometric methods. The research status and frontiers of Astragalus in the treatment of nephropathy were explored and analyzed. Results The total number of article publication at home and abroad was on the rise. The author affiliations with the highest amount of published articles were Longhua Hospital Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Among the research institutions， Fudan University and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine had the most published articles in Chinese and English. High frequency key words were diabetic nephropathy， Astragalus， AstragalosideⅣ and nephrotic syndrome， etc. Conclusion Domestic researches have integrated the traditional Chinese medicine and the Western medicine therapy， in order to further explore the evolution of the potential efficacy of Astragalus. In the future， by strengthening communication and cooperation between various national institutions， studying the pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine ingredients based on animal experiments may be the main research direction.

肾病作为一种慢性病，其临床表现主要有浮肿、腰痛、乏力、夜尿、贫血等，后期还伴随着严重的并发症，危害着人类健康。我国的患病率约为11%～13%，且发病率呈上升和年轻化的趋势。黄芪味甘，性微温，归脾、肺经，具有补气健脾、益卫固表、利尿消肿等功效[1]，诸多研究证实黄芪对肾病有积极良好的治疗作用。

本研究采用文献计量学研究方法，在 Webof Science 数据库和 CNKI 数据库中检索2010—2020年发表的黄芪治疗肾病病相关研究，通过VOSviewerz_v 1.6.11软件构建国内外黄芪治疗肾病的可视化知识图谱并进行数据挖掘与分析，为今后持续开展肾病的治疗及预防奠定基础和参考。……
