[摘要]目的探討行动导向理论在模拟护理流程的《健康评估》综合实验教学中的应用与效果。方法构建基于行动导向理论的模拟护理流程综合实验课程方案，于2016年春季学期将该方案引入到山东第一医科大学护理本科《健康评估》实验课中，从教学效果、学生总体评价以及实验考核得分对教学效果进行评价。结果学生对本次教改总体认可度较高，认为教学态度及教学效果较好，而教学过程及教学考核得分相对较低。考试成绩方面，学生在问诊、体格检查、实验室检查以及平均成绩上均有所提高。结论基于行动导向的模拟护理流程的《健康评估》综合实验课程有助于调动学生学习兴趣，提高学习效率、考试成绩及教学质量。[关键词]行动导向理论;护理流程;健康评估;实验教学

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application and effect of action-oriented theory in the comprehensive experimental teaching of "Health Assessment" by simulating the nursing process. Methods A comprehensive experimental curriculum program incorporating simulated nursing process based on the action-oriented theory was established. In the spring semester of 2016， the program was introduced into the experimental course of "Health Assessment" for the undergraduate students majoring in nursing at Shandong First Medical University . The experimental teaching was evaluated from the perspectives of teaching effect， the overall evaluation of the students and the experimental assessment scores. Results Students had a high overall acceptance of this teaching reform. They thought the teaching attitude and teaching effect were better， while the effects on the teaching process and teaching assessment scores were relatively less. In terms of examination scores， students scored high in consultations， physical examinations， laboratory examinations， and average scores. Conclusion The comprehensive experimental course of "Health Assessment" based on the action-oriented simulated nursing process can help arouse students' interest in learning and improve learning efficiency， examination scores and teaching quality.

《健康评估》是护理学的一门重要学科，是临床专业课的起点和桥梁，也是整个护理程序的关键所在，实验教学是健康评估的基础[1]。基于行动导向的学习是一种将“教、学、做”三者合一的教学理念，学生是核心，教师是协调者与组织者。遵照“信息、计划、决策、干预、评估、评价”这一整体“行动”过程，倡导教学过程中师生互动，让学生独立地获取信息、制订计划、实施干预、评估改进，从而建立属于自己的完整知识体系[2]。有研究将行动导向理论应用在基础护理学、内科护理学、外科护理学、急危重症护理学、母婴护理学、老年护理学及社区护理学等专业课教学中，均能够提高学生的学习成绩及综合素质[3-9]。……
