[摘要]慢性病已成为重大公共卫生问题，其病因复杂，只可控制，无法治愈。慢性病患者在承受疾病痛苦的过程中，常感到忧虑甚至恐惧，这种对疾病进展的恐惧已成为慢性病患者的重要压力源之一。本文介绍了恐惧疾病进展（FOP）的定义，分析了影响慢性病患者产生疾病恐惧感的相关因素，以及探究恐惧疾病进展相关量表在慢性病人群中的干预研究现状，帮助慢性病患者积极应对疾病，提高生活质量。以期全面了解慢性病患者的生理、心理狀况，为制订合理的护理措施提供理论参考。现就国内外慢性病患者疾病恐惧进展的概念、相关量表及影响因素等做出综述，为我国慢性病临床研究提供借鉴与指导。

Application of Fear of Progression Questionnaire in population with chronic diseases

[Abstract] Chronic diseases have become a major public health problem . The causes of chronic diseases are complex and such diseases can only be controlled but cannot be cured . Patients with chronic disease often feel anxious or even experience fear during the process of suffering from the disease . This fear of progression （FOP） has become one of the important stressors for chronic disease patients . This paper introduces the definition of FOP， analyzes the related factors that leads to the fear of disease in patients with chronic diseases， and investigates the current status of intervention study on fear of disease progression scale in chronic disease populations . Our study is intended to help patients with chronic diseases actively re spond to diseases and improve the irquality of life ， in order to provide at heoreticalreference for comprehensively understanding the physical and psychological conditions of patients with chronic diseases and formulating reasonable nursing measures . This paper reviews the concept， related scales and influencing factors of FOP for patients with chronic diseases at home and abroad， providing reference and guidance for clinical research of chronic diseases in China .

慢性病是影响我国发展的重大公共卫生问题[1]。慢性病患者担心其健康和未来，经历对疾病进展、疼痛、复发和死亡的恐惧[2]。恐惧疾病进展（fear of disease progression， FOP）是指患者因担忧疾病复发的心理反应，是目前癌症患者普遍的心理[3]。目前国外 FOP 干预研究发展较为成熟，国内 FOP 相关研究较少且存在依从性不一等问题，导致干预效果不一致[4]。本文旨在探讨 FOP 相关量表在慢性病人群中的应用现状，分析该人群产生 FOP 的影响因素以及国内外的调查研究现况，通过研究帮助慢性病患者认识 FOP，为探讨出适合我国 FOP 慢性病群体的干预方案提供一定的研究依据。
