摘要：目的 探讨分析对接受腹腔镜结肠癌术治疗的患者实施超声引导腹横肌平面阻滞麻醉，对其术后应激反应造成的影响。方法 选取我院2019年7月到2021年1月期间收治的72例结肠癌患者进行此次研究，按照数字表法对患者进行平均分组，其中采用常规麻醉的36例作为参照组，实施超声引导腹横肌平面阻滞麻醉的36例作为研究组，观察对两组的麻醉效果。结果 比较两组术后的各时段疼痛评分，研究组均低于参照组（P<0.05）;比较两组术后的应激指标，研究组均优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 根据本次研究的结果可以确认，对接受腹腔镜结肠癌术治疗的患者实施超声引导腹横肌平面阻滞麻醉，可以很好的控制患者的术后疼痛问题，并防止患者出现严重应激反应，值得在临床上大力推广。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block anesthesia on postoperative stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic colon cancer surgery. Methods 72 cases of colon cancer patients in our hospital from July 2019 to January 2021 were selected for this study. According to the digital table method，the patients were divided into two groups，36 cases with conventional anesthesia as the reference group，36 cases with ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block anesthesia as the study group. Results the pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group（P < 0.05）;Compared the two groups of postoperative stress indicators，the study group were better than the reference group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion according to the results of this study，it can be confirmed that ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block anesthesia for patients undergoing laparoscopic colon cancer surgery can well control the postoperative pain of patients，and prevent patients from serious stress reaction，which is worthy of clinical promotion.

腹腔鏡结肠癌术作为目前对结肠癌治疗的首选治疗方法，可以有效为患者切除病灶，有着十分确切的治疗效果【1-2】。但是，手术将会给患者带来一定的创伤，这就很容易引发患者出现应激反应【3】。超声引导腹横肌平面阻滞麻醉属于一种临床上的新兴麻醉方法，在腹部手术中有着十分显著的应用效果。但是在腹腔镜结肠癌术中，该麻醉方法的应用报道较少【4】。因此，本文旨在探讨分析对接受腹腔镜结肠癌术治疗的患者实施超声引导腹横肌平面阻滞麻醉，对其术后应激反应造成的影响。……
