摘要：临床医学本科生的临床实习是本科教育体系中的重要组成，因此，保证学生的实习效果至关重要。本文通过介绍分析国外内各类的医学生实习现状，发现目前国内的实习体制仍然存在实习生参与感不强，积极性不高，总体实习回报较低等诸多问题。文章提出了通过“层级工作制”实习的改革实习管理模式来改进效率，让实习生在实习期间作为临床治疗组的医务工作者进行诊疗工作与临床学习，可以有效地优化实习生学习模式，提高实习生工作归属感以及责任感，同时保障了实习的效果。通过这类模式的改革创新，可在保障实习生的学习质量的同时，还能有效增强病房诊疗工作的效率，未来实现实习基地和实习生的“双赢”。

Abstract： The clinical practice of clinical medical undergraduates is an important part of the undergraduate education system. Therefore， it is very important to ensure the effect of students’ practice. Through the introduction and analysis of the current situation of medical students’ internship in foreign countries， it is found that there are still many problems in the current internship system in China， such as weak sense of participation， low enthusiasm and low overall return. This paper proposes to improve the efficiency through the reform of practice management mode of “hierarchical work system”， so that interns can effectively optimize the learning mode of interns， improve their sense of belonging and responsibility， and ensure the effect of practice. Through the reform and innovation of this kind of mode， we can not only guarantee the learning quality of interns， but also effectively enhance the efficiency of ward diagnosis and treatment work， and realize the “win-win” of internship base and interns in the future.
