摘要：党的十九大以来，国务院对各地方加强精神文明建设作出重要指示，要求各地方政府保证民众物质文明建设与精神文明建设协调发展。风景园林工程作为满足我国当前社会居民精神文化需要的解决办法之一，其不仅能够提升社会居民的生活质量，也能更好地保护我国生态环境。现阶段我国已经加强了对园林绿化方面的重视程度，但仍存在诸如施工管理不具体、成本控制不到位等问题制约其发展。基于此，本文将针对园林绿化工程中施工管理方面的问题进行分析，并提出几项合理化建议和成本控制对策，以保证园林绿化工程能更好地服务于大众。

Abstract：since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，the State Council has made important instructions for local governments to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization，requiring local governments to ensure the coordinated development of people's material civilization construction and spiritual civilization construction. As one of the solutions to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of China's current social residents，landscape engineering can not only improve the quality of life of social residents，but also better protect China's ecological environment. At this stage，China has strengthened its attention to landscaping，but there are still some problems restricting its development，such as unspecified construction management and inadequate cost control. Based on this，this paper will analyze the problems of construction management in Landscaping Engineering，and put forward several rationalization suggestions and cost control countermeasures to ensure that landscaping engineering can better serve the public.

當前我国大力推行风景园林建设工作的主要目的，是为了帮助我国各地区快速建立生态文明城市，从而有效推动我国综合可持续发展战略的全面落实实施。然而，当前部分风景园林的施工管理过程中还是存在着一些问题，这也严重地阻碍了我国部分地区的综合持续发展。因此，部分地区应当充分发挥风景园林施工管理的重要作用，科学合理地解决掉当前所存在问题的同时将施工成本有效控制，在提升当地生态环境的同时，也为我国综合可持续发展尽一份绵薄之力。

一、我国现阶段园林施工管理中存在的问题
