摘要：目的 耳穴贴压法治疗在老年人原发性高血压护理中的应用效果。方法 抽取2019年9月-2020年9月在我院进行治疗的原发性高血压老年患者60例，按照随机分组的原则分为参照组同实验组，各30例。参照组实施常规治疗以及护理措施，实验组在参照组的基础上应用耳穴贴压法治疗。对比两组患者的血压控制效果以及满意度情况。结果 两组在血压控制效果的比较上有差异，实验组好于参照组（P<0.05）。两组在满意度情况的比较上有差异，实验组高于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 在原发性高血压老年患者的护理中应用耳穴贴压法，可加强对患者血压水平的控制，并能提高患者的满意度，值得进一步推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To observe the application effect of auricular point sticking therapy in nursing care of elderly patients with primary hypertension. Methods 60 elderly patients with essential hypertension who were treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected，According to the principle of random grouping，they were divided into control group and experimental group，30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and nursing measures，while the experimental group was given auricular plaster therapy on the basis of the reference group. The blood pressure control effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results there were differences in the blood pressure control effect between the two groups，and the experimental group was better than the reference group（P < 0.05）. There was a difference in the satisfaction between the two groups，the experimental group was higher than the reference group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the application of auricular plaster therapy in the nursing of elderly patients with primary hypertension can strengthen the control of blood pressure level of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients，which is worthy of further promotion and application.

原发性高血压是一种常见内科疾病，现代医学研究指出，此病的发生同遗传因素、环境因素等存在相关性【1-2】。截至目前，高血压并无有效治疗措施，故临床需要对患者进行长期的血压控制，以避免原发性高血压患者并发其他疾病。正是在这样的情况下，耳穴贴压法能否在原发性高血压老年患者的血压控制中发挥作用便成为当前临床关注的焦点【3-4】。鉴于此，此次实验将围绕着耳穴贴压法治疗在老年人原发性高血压护理中的应用效果进行分析论述，具体报道如下：
