摘要：目的 探讨分析对消化性溃疡患者实施心理护理对其治疗效果以及心理状态造成的影响。方法 本次研究对象选自我院2019年1月-2019年01月期间收治的患者，共计60例，按照随机数字表法对患者平均分组。其中采取常规护理的30例为参照组，实施心理护理的30例为研究组，观察对两组的护理效果。结果 比较两组的负性情绪改善情况，研究组优于参照组（P<0.05）;比较两组的病情改善情况，研究组好于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 根据本次研究的结果可以确认，对消化性溃疡患者实施心理护理可以有效促进患者的病情恢复，还可以改善患者的心理状态，有必要大力推广。

[Abstract]Objective To explore and analyze the influence of psychological nursing on the treatment effect and psychological state of patients with peptic ulcer. Methods the subjects of this study were selected from our hospital from January 2019 to January 2019，a total of 60 cases，according to the random number table method，the patients were divided into two groups. Among them，30 cases of routine nursing were taken as the reference group，and 30 cases of psychological nursing were taken as the study group. Results the improvement of negative emotion in the study group was better than that in the control group（P < 0.05）;The improvement of the two groups was better than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion according to the results of this study，it can be confirmed that the implementation of psychological nursing for patients with peptic ulcer can effectively promote the recovery of the patient's condition，but also can improve the psychological state of patients，it is necessary to vigorously promote.

消化性溃疡属于发病率较高的一种消化系统疾病，该病将会给患者带来极大的痛苦，这将会严重影响患者正常的工作和生活【1】。所以，需要对患者级的采取治疗措施。由于患者在疾病的影响下，很容易会出现多种负性情绪，使患者的心理状态不佳，不利于对患者的治疗【2】。所以，就有必要對患者实施更具有针对性的护理干预，从而改善患者的心理状态。因此，本文旨在探讨分析对消化性溃疡患者实施心理护理对其治疗效果以及心理状态造成的影响。
