摘要：目的：分析腹腔镜手术联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床效果。方法：选取2020年1月-2021年2月于本院治疗的62例卵巢巧克力囊肿病患，根据病患选择的治疗方案划入联合组与参照组（n=31）。参照组实施腹腔镜手术治疗，联合组在此基础上应用戈舍瑞林治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后的雌激素水平变化情况及症状恢复率。结果：治疗后联合组患者的FSH、LH水平均相对较低，与参照组雌激素指标比较有统计学意义（p<0.05）。联合组的症状恢复率是96.77%，参照组的症状恢复率是83.87%，联合组的恢复率更高（p<0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的疗效较好，建议临床推广。

Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with goserelin in the treatment of chocolate cyst of ovary. Methods：A total of 62 patients with chocolate cyst of ovary who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into the combined group and the control group according to the treatment regimen selected by the patients（n=31）. The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery，and the combined group was treated with goserelin on the basis of this，and the estrogen level changes and symptom recovery rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results：After treatment，the levels of FSH and LH in the combined group were relatively low，which was statistically significant compared with the estrogen indexes in the reference group（P < 0.05）. The rate of symptom recovery in the combined group was 96.77%，and that in the control group was 83.87%. The rate of symptom recovery in the combined group was higher（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery combined with goserelin is effective in the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst，and it is recommended to be promoted in clinical practice.

卵巢巧克力囊腫是妇科常见的疾病类型，卵巢巧克力囊肿称为卵巢内膜异位囊肿[1]。当子宫内膜碎片进入盆腔，然后种植在盆腔或卵巢表面就会形成异位囊肿。卵巢巧克力囊肿发生的原因有以下几种：内分泌因素、分娩和多次流产、输卵管阻塞和生理因素等。在临床上，医生通常利用B超、MRI、腹腔镜等对患者的病情进行检查[2]。育龄期女性的发生率相对较高。患者多具有下腹部疼痛、月经紊乱等临床症状，影响着患者的生活质量，甚至可能会致使患者不孕[3]。腹腔镜技术为常用的治疗方式，可有效切除囊肿，改善病患症状，且患者术后恢复速度较快。但是作为良性肿瘤，手术后依然存在复发性的可能性，需要联合药物治疗，改善预后效果。戈舍瑞林作为促黄体生成素释放激素类似药物，可强化临床治疗效果，改善患者身体激素状态。本次文章选取2020年1月-2021年2月于本院治疗的62例卵巢巧克力囊肿病患，治疗后联合组患者的FSH、LH水平均相对较低，腹腔镜手术联合戈舍瑞林治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的疗效较好，根据病患治疗的效果讨论，评估腹腔镜手术联合戈舍瑞林治疗的效果，现具体报道如下。……
