摘要：在改革开放以后，我国的经济发展取得了重大的成果，各行各业稳定持续地向前发展。其中建筑行业所取得的进展有目共睹，但是在建筑工程的管理过程中还有很多不完善的地方，给建筑带来了质量和安全方面的问题，也不利于建筑工程的长远发展。所以有效地管理建筑工程非常之重要，建筑工程的管理人员一定要将建筑工程的管理重视起来，在工作中不断改变现有不利于建筑工程建设的管理模式，创新管理模式以促进建筑工程的建设和管理。本文主要对建筑工程的管理特点、管理模式的发展现状以及进行创新的意义和措施进行了分析。

Abstract： After the Reform and Opening up， China’s economic development has made great achievements， and all walks of life have developed steadily and continuously. Among them， the progress of the construction industry is obvious to all， but there are many imperfections in the management process of construction engineering， which brings quality and safety problems to the construction， and is not conducive to the long-term development of construction engineering. Therefore， the effective management of construction engineering is very important. The management personnel of construction engineering must pay attention to the management of construction engineering， constantly change the existing management mode which is not conducive to the construction of construction engineering， and innovate the management mode to promote the construction and management of construction engineering. This paper mainly analyzes the management characteristics of construction engineering， the development status of management mode and the significance and measures of innovation.

一、前言

建筑工程管理涉及管理學、工程学、经济学以及法律法规等多项内容，其一管理作为依托，还需要兼顾工程管理，是一项系统而又复杂的工作，涉及十分多的工作内容[1]。在我国，建筑行业的起步在时间上比较晚，发展异常迅速，这就导致管理模式相对较为滞后，限制了建筑行业的向前发展，出现了一些建筑工程质量的问题以及安全问题[2]。为了让建筑行业的运行更加安全、完善，本文将对建筑工程管理模式现在所存在的状况，和如何进行创新做一系列的分析和探讨。
