摘要：电传动自卸车是露天矿山物料运输的主要设备，发生安全问题，将会给矿方造成很大的人力、物力损失。矿车通常三班24小时作业，作业周期长、负载率高，高温着火源多，火灾事故需要重点预防。本文以某220 吨级电传动自卸车为例，论述了自卸车的安全使用问题，自卸车着火的三要素，阐述了全自动干粉灭火系统的特性要求、参数指标和维保要求。

Abstract： Electric drive dump trucks are the main equipment for material transportation in open-pit mines. Safety problems will cause great loss of manpower and material resources to the mine. Mine trucks usually operate 24 hours a day in three shifts， with long operating cycles， high load rates， and high-temperature ignition sources. Fire accidents need to be focused on prevention. This article takes a 220t-ton electric drive dump truck as an example， discusses the safe use of dump trucks， the three elements of the dump truck catching fire， and elaborates the characteristics， parameters， and maintenance requirements of the automatic dry powder fire extinguishing system.

0  引言

矿用电传动自卸车通常应用于千万吨级以上露天矿山、大型水库水坝建设等，用于剥离物、煤炭、有色金属等物料的运输任务。但自卸车因承载量大、销售价格高、生产难度大等特点，国外只有小松、日立、卡特彼勒和利勃海尔等几家大型工程机械制造商具备设计生产能力[1]。国内徐工集团、北方股份、湘电重装、中冶集团等企业也进入矿山机械领域，与国际矿车巨头同台竞技。

根据国家十二五、十三五规划纲要要求及矿山客户降本要求，电传动自卸车逐渐向着大吨位化、智控化和高可靠性的方向发展，矿车的承载能力已可高达400吨，安防系统、无人驾驶等智控水平逐渐提升，整车使用寿命已逐渐提升至7～8万小时。FM全球保险调查的1985-2002年期间的重型车辆事故中，43%是由于火灾事故导致的[3]（见图 1），所以矿车的安全使用显得尤为重要。矿车的安全使用是综合管理问题，一方面，矿山上“四班三倒”的高负荷作业，导致动力排气系统、制动系统和液压系统处于高温工作状态。……
