摘要：内燃机属于重要的机械设备类型，具有很大的应用空间。然而，具体运用的过程当中，内燃机却碰到了很多不同类型的故障问题，如何科学分析，并且制定出合理的维修和维护措施可谓一项难题。本文通过说明汽车内燃机机械维修和控制工作开展的价值，分析了汽车内燃机机械维修过程当中显现出来的常见问题，并且提出了汽车内燃机机械维修当中的有效控制及维护对策，从而有效提升汽车内燃机机械维修和改造工作的总体水平。

Abstract： Internal combustion engines are an important type of mechanical equipment and have a large application space. However， in the process of specific application， the internal combustion engine encountered many different types of failure problems. How to analyze scientifically and formulate reasonable repair and maintenance measures can be described as a difficult problem. This article explains the value of the maintenance and control of automobile internal combustion engine machinery， analyzes the common problems that appear in the maintenance process of automobile internal combustion machinery， and proposes effective control and maintenance countermeasures in the maintenance of automobile internal combustion machinery， thereby effectively improving the maintenance of automobile internal combustion engine machinery. 0  引言

通常情况下，内燃机机械进行维修处理，旨在可以使内燃机机械运行过程当中显现出来的缺陷与不足得以排查出来并消除，有利于降低机械故障的发生几率。受到科技日益发展的影响，促使内燃机的类型开始增多，以往汽车内燃机运用的时候易于产生相关磨损问题，为此，做好针对汽车内燃机机械的定期维修与养护工作十分关键。得益于经济飞速增长的推动作用，内燃机的需求量是极大的。当大功率内燃机使用量逐渐变大以后，在汽车内燃机检修与维护方面的要求则变高。鉴于此，系统思考和分析汽车内燃机机械维修中的常见问题及控制措施改造及维护策略显得尤为必要，拥有一定的研究意义与实践价值。
