摘要：随着科学技术水平的不断提高，我国的机械工业也得到了前所未有的进步和发展。但是随着市场更新换代的加速，机械工业也在不断的创新和完善中。为了更好的满足于市场的需求，提高数控机床的应用性能和价值，需要对数控机床机械结构和制造技术进行不断的完善和创新，借助于科学技术来设计更好的机械结构，提高生产制造效率，为推动我国生产制造业的发展提供保障。基于此，本文针对数控机床机械结构设计和制造技术的创新进行了分析和讨论，希望可以为今后数控机床的发展和进步提供一些有价值的参考。

Abstract： With the continuous development of science and technology，China's machinery industry has also been unprecedented progress and development.But with the acceleration of market renewal，the machinery industry is also in constant innovation and improvement.In order to better meet the market demand，improve the application performance of nc machine tool and value，need to CNC machine mechanical structure and manufacturing technology to continuously improve and innovation，with the help of the science and technology to set up the better mechanical structure，improve the efficiency of production，promote the development of manufacturing in China for me.Based on this，this paper analyzes the mechanical structure design and manufacturing technology innovation of CNC machine tools and sets，hoping to provide some references for the development and progress of CNC machine tools in the future.

数控机床是近些年逐渐发展起来的一种新型的自动化应用技术，其是高度机电一体化中的重要范畴。随着科学技术水平的不断提升，机械结构设计的重要性越来越突出，科学合理的设计不仅可以提高机械结构的优越性，同时还可以提高机械产品的精度和效率。因此，对数控机床的机械结构进行优质的设计，完善机械结构制造创新技术的发展，是提高机械生产企业发展的重要保障。

1  数控机床机械结构设计介绍
