摘要：目的 分析中医药胃炎汤治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性萎缩性胃炎患者的治疗效果。方法 选取我院消化内科收治的104例幽门螺杆菌阳性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象，时间为2019年3月-2020年4月;将其按照随机颜色球抽取法平均分为对照组52例（行硫糖铝联合多潘立酮治疗）和研究组52例（行中医药胃炎汤治疗）;观察两组临床治疗效果。结果 对照组临床治疗有效率（73.08%）明显低于研究组（92.31%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组临床病症消退时间明显优于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在幽门螺杆菌阳性萎缩性胃炎治疗中，中医药胃炎汤临床应用效果显著，不仅可有效改善患者临床病症，还具有极高安全性;应在临床积极推广。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of gastritis Decoction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive atrophic gastritis. Methods a total of 104 patients with Helicobacter pylori positive atrophic gastritis in our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects;They were randomly divided into control group（52 cases）and study group（52 cases）;The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results the clinical effective rate of the control group（73.08%）was significantly lower than that of the study group（92.31%），the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）;The regression time of clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive atrophic gastritis，the clinical application effect of Weiyan decoction is significant，which can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients，but also has high safety;It should be actively promoted in clinic.

幽門螺杆菌阳性萎缩性胃炎，为临床常见消化系统疾病。该疾病主要表现症状为胃部胀气、疼痛、消化不良等【1】。部分患者还会发生贫血、胃出血等症状。情况严重者可发生癌变现象;严重影响到患者日常生活质量与生命安全。此外，幽门螺杆菌阳性萎缩性胃炎还具有治疗难度大特征【2】。临床上，针对幽门螺杆菌阳性萎缩性胃炎常用西药进行治疗;可近年来，幽门螺杆菌耐药性逐渐提升，导致临床治疗效果差【3】。因而，为促进幽门螺杆菌阳性萎缩性胃炎临床治疗效果提升，本研究应用中医药胃炎汤治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性萎缩性胃炎，临床疗效较好;现对研究进行报道：
