摘要：目的 探讨半导体激光辅助牙周基础治疗中重度慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法 将60例于2020年1月-12月收治的中重度慢性牙周炎患者纳入研究，并以等量电脑随机法均分成AB两组。两组均展开牙周基础治疗，B组添加半导体激光辅助治疗，并对比疗效。结果 治疗后B组患者BOP、PD、AL、S%、PLI、BI指标改善情况均优于A组，对比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 半导体激光辅助牙周基础治疗中重度慢性牙周炎的疗效确切，不仅可以改善患者牙周环境，同时还可以减少牙龈出血量，并有效控制牙菌斑的形成，值得被应用推广。

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of semiconductor laser assisted periodontal therapy on moderate to severe chronic periodontitis. Methods 60 patients with moderate to severe chronic periodontitis admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were included in the study，and they were randomly divided into AB group and ab group. Both groups were treated with periodontal basic treatment，while group B was treated with semiconductor laser. Results after treatment，the improvement of BOP，PD，Al，S%，PLI and Bi indexes in group B were better than those in group A（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion semiconductor laser assisted periodontal therapy is effective in the treatment of moderate to severe chronic periodontitis. It can not only improve the periodontal environment，but also reduce the amount of gingival bleeding and effectively control the formation of dental plaque，which is worthy of application and promotion.

慢性牙周炎属于临床常见口腔疾病，是由于牙齿周围有牙石、菌斑或软垢，并且在其长期刺激下导致牙龈组织充血、红肿溢脓、引起牙周组织破坏，牙槽骨出现吸收所致【1】。慢性牙周炎如果不及时治疗，可能会产生颌面部间隙感染、面部肿胀。而本次纳入研究中重度慢性牙周炎患者60例，并于2020年1月-12月开展医学研究，着重分析半导体激光辅助牙周基础治疗的疗效。现将详细内容进行如下报告：

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

经院内伦理委员会批准，将60例于2020年1月-12月收治的中重度慢性牙周炎患者纳入研究，并以等量电脑随机法均分成AB两组。A组男女比例17：13，年龄均值（44.65±3.70）岁。B组男女比例16：14，年龄均值（44.82±3.79）岁。对比患者资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

纳入标准：（1）签署知情文件;（2）年龄≥18岁;（3）沟通良好;（4）依从性良好。

排除标准：（1）合并精神疾病;（2）合并血液疾病;（3）妊娠期或哺乳期女性;（4）合并急性牙周脓肿或急性坏死性龈炎、全冠修复体、牙周牙髓联合病变;（5）中途退出研究。
