摘要：目的 分析竹叶石膏汤联合麦门冬汤治疗耐药社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法 选取本院2020年3月-2020年11月期间收治的128例耐药社区获得性肺炎患者进行研究，并采取随机电脑分号法将其分为对照A组和观察B组，各64例。给予对照A组盐酸莫西沙星氯化钠注射液进行抗感染治疗，观察B组在对照A组的基础上联合使用竹叶石膏汤+麦门冬汤进行治疗，并对两组的中医证候总积分、耐药性评分和治疗总有效率进行对比。结果 观察B组中医证候总积分、耐药性评分显著的比对照A组的低，治疗总有效率显著的比对照A组高，两组比较均呈显著差异性，存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中采用常规药物治疗耐药社区获得性肺炎患者的基础上，联合使用竹叶石膏汤+麦门冬汤进行治疗，能够显著的帮助患者改善中医证候，能够有效的降低患者的耐药性，具有显著的治疗效果，值得在临床中广泛的推广和应用。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Zhuye gypsum decoction combined with Maimendong Decoction in the treatment of community-resistant pneumonia. Methods 128 patients with community-acquired pneumonia were selected from March 2020 to November 2020. The patients were divided into control group A and observation group B by random computer number division method. The control group a moxifloxacin chloride injection was given anti infection treatment，and the treatment of group B was observed on the basis of the control group A，and the total score of TCM syndromes，drug resistance score and total effective rate of treatment were compared. Results the total score of TCM syndromes and drug resistance score in group B were lower than that of control group A，and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of control group A，and the difference between the two groups was significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion on the basis of the traditional medicine in the treatment of community-resistant pneumonia patients，the combination of Zhuye gypsum Decoction and Maimendong decoction can significantly help the patients improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine，effectively reduce the drug resistance of patients，and have a significant therapeutic effect，which is worth popularizing and applying in clinical.

社区获得性肺炎（CAP）是患者在院外获得的一种肺实质炎症，有一定的潛伏期，且在住院48小时内病发，其主要病原体是非典型菌如军团菌、肺炎衣原体、肺炎链球菌、支原体等，这些病原体不仅能够导致肺部出现炎症，还能够引发多种并发症【1-4】。本研究选取本院2020年3月-2020年11月期间收治的128例耐药社区获得性肺炎患者作为研究对象，分析竹叶石膏汤联合麦门冬汤治疗耐药社区获得性肺炎的临床效果，取得显著的效果，现将开展过程做如下报道。……
