摘要：目的 研究应用六味地黄汤和半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕患者产生的效果。方法 2020年5月到2021年2月之间我院确诊了50例眩晕患者，运用随机抽取法将其分为参照组和实验组，各25例，对参照组运用六味地黄汤进行治疗，对实验组联合运用六味地黄汤和半夏白术天麻汤进行治疗。分析两组患者运用不同药物治疗产生的效果。结果 实验组治疗有效率高于参照组（P<0.05）;在生活质量方面进行分析，治疗前，两组患者没有明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后，实验组生活质量明显优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 六味地黄汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗眩晕患者可以产生较好的效果，改善临床症状，提高治疗整体效果。

[Abstract]Objective To study the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of vertigo.

Methods from May 2020 to February 2021，50 patients with vertigo were diagnosed in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group，25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction，while the experimental group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction. Analysis of the two groups of patients with different drug treatment effect. Results the effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P < 0.05）;In terms of quality of life，before treatment，there was no significant difference between the two groups（P > 0.05）. After treatment，the quality of life of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion Liuwei Dihuang Decoction Combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of patients with vertigo can produce a good effect，improve the clinical symptoms，improve the overall effect of treatment.

眩暈是神经内科的常见疾病之一，主要表现为头晕、目眩等症状。经中医辨证诊断后发现，其主要表现为痰浊中阻以及气血亏虚等症状【1】。眩晕发病后会对患者的工作和生活质量产生较大啊影响，严重者会引发中风、厥症等，甚至危及生命【2】。因此，需要研究及时且有效的治疗方案。对此，本文主要研究六味地黄汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗对眩晕的临床效果，结果如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料
