摘要：目的 研究对初产妇使用连续性助产护理对其阵痛分娩和自然分娩情况的影响。方法 选择68例初产妇当做本次的研究对象，选取时间为2019年12月～2020年12月，参照组和实验组各34例。给予参照组常规护理，给予实验组连续性助产护理，对比两组自然分娩情况以及阵痛分娩情况。结果 两组自然分娩情况有明显差别（P<0.05）;两组阵痛分娩情况有明显的差别（P<0.05）。结论 连续性助产护理能够有效地改善初产妇阵痛分娩情况，将自然分娩率提升，值得推广和使用。

[Abstract]Objective To study the effect of continuous midwifery nursing on labor pain and natural delivery of primiparas. Methods Sixty-eight Primiparas were selected as the study subjects，from December 2019 to December 2020，34 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the experimental group. The Control Group received routine nursing care，and the experimental group received continuous midwifery care. The two groups were compared in terms of natural delivery and labor pain. Results There were significant differences in spontaneous labor between the two groups（p< 0.05）and labor pain between the two groups（p< 0.05）. Conclusion continuous midwifery nursing can effectively improve the labor situation of primiparas，and improve the natural delivery rate，which is worthy of promotion and use.

对于初产妇来说，虽然分娩是必须经历的过程，但是依旧会在分娩过程中出现恐惧和焦虑等不良情绪，并不利于自然分娩，此时可能需要使用剖腹产等方式，从而对自身和胎儿的健康产生一定的影响【1】。也正因为这样，需要使用合理的方式为初产妇护理，增强分娩的信心，并且改善其阵痛分娩的情况，提升自然分娩率。基于此，本院对初产妇使用连续性助产护理对其阵痛分娩和自然分娩情况的影响进行了研究，报道如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

选择68例初产妇当做本次的研究对象，选取时间为2019年12月～2020年12月，参照组和实验组各34例。参照组平均年龄（27.45±2.36）岁;实验组平均年龄为22～36岁，平均（28.68±2.47）岁。两组资料差别不明显（P>0.05），可以进行对比。

1.2方法

给予参照组常规护理，包含对产妇的生命体征进行检测，减少异常情况的发生，并进行呼吸和饮食等方面的指导工作。
