摘要：目的：分析右美托咪定在无痛胃镜中的麻醉治疗效果。方法：选取2019年3月—2020年12月于本院进行无痛胃镜检查的500例患者作为研究对象，依据麻醉方式的不同将患者分成两组，一组采用丙泊酚麻醉，为对照组;一组采用右美托咪定麻醉，为观察组，对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果：观察组患者入睡时间为（4.01±0.43）min，苏醒时长为（6.28±2.16）min，各项数据均低于对照组（P < 0.05）;观察组未见寒战与躁动不安的情况，恶心呕吐发生率为1.6%（4例），其各项数据与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论：无痛胃镜检查中，采用右美托咪定麻醉，麻醉起效快，苏醒时长短，且不良反应较少，可确保胃镜检查的顺利进行和患者安全，建议在临床中推广使用。

Abstract： Objective： To analyze the anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine in painless gastroscopy. Methods： 500 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object. According to different anesthesia methods， the patients were divided into two groups. One group was anesthetized with propofol as the control group and the other group was anesthetized with dexmedetomidine as the observation group. The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared. Results：The time of falling asleep in the observation group was （4.01 ± 0.43） min and the time of waking up was （6.28 ± 2.16） min. All data were lower than those in the control group （P < 0.05）; There was no shivering and restlessness in the observation group， and the incidence of nausea and vomiting was 1.6% （4 cases）. There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group （P < 0.05）.Conclusion： In painless gastroscopy， dexmedetomidine anesthesia is used， which has the advantages of fast onset of anesthesia， short wake-up time and less adverse reactions， which can ensure the smooth progress of gastroscopy and the safety of patients. It is recommended to be popularized in clinic.

一、引言

胃鏡是一种临床用于消化道检查疾病常用的一种手段，该种检查方式能够帮助医生对消化道组织进行直观的观察，进而对疾病进行精准的诊断。因该种措施会给患者带来较大的痛苦，患者会出现强烈的恶心、呕吐等症状，使得检查效果受到影响，因而临床推出无痛胃镜。无痛胃镜是指在进行胃镜检查前由专业的麻醉医生对患者进行麻醉操作，进而减少患者检查过程中的痛苦，同时还能够有效缩短检查的时间。无痛胃镜与常规的胃镜相比，优势更为显著，不仅能够降低患者的痛苦、缩短检查的时间，同时其创伤较小，检查结果更为精准。……
