摘要：目的：研究治疗偏头痛时应用针灸结合中医辨证治疗的方式。方法：将本院自2018年12月—2019年12月收治的62例偏头痛患者当作研究对象，根据电脑随机方式将其分为两组，每组31例。给予参照组常规西药治疗，给予实验组针灸结合中医辨证治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后生活质量评分以及复发情况。结果：实验组治疗效果明显优于参照组（P < 0.05）;治疗前，两组患者各项评分没有明显差别（P > 0.05）;治疗后，实验组各项评分明显优于参照组（P < 0.05）;实验组复发率明显比参照组低（P < 0.05）。结论：使用针灸联合中医辨证治疗可以改善偏头痛患者的临床症状，提升生活质量，降低复发率，促进患者恢复健康，值得推广和使用。

Abstract： Objective： To study the application of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation in the treatment of migraine. Methods： 62 patients with migraine treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were taken as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine， and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with TCM syndrome differentiation. The treatment effect， quality of life score and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results： The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group （P < 0.05）; Before treatment， there was no significant difference between the two groups （P > 0.05）; After treatment， the scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the reference group （P < 0.05）; The recurrence rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： The use of acupuncture combined with TCM syndrome differentiation treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of migraine patients， improve the quality of life， reduce the recurrence rate and promote the recovery of patients’ health. It is worth popularizing and using.

一、前言

偏头痛是临床中一种多发疾病，发病率较高，有家族发病的倾向。患者在出现偏头痛之后，可伴恶心和呕吐等症状出现，在黑暗和安静的环境中或者是睡觉后可以有效地缓解。此种疾病虽然影响不大，但是会降低患者的生活质量，需要找到有效的方式为患者治疗。临床中将减轻临床症状，预防复发当作主要治疗原则，但是使用西药治疗时复发率依旧较高，针对性较差[1]。相关研究显示，针灸联合中医辨证可以在治疗偏头痛中发挥优势，让治疗变得更具有针对性，可以帮助患者缓解临床症状，提升疗效和生活质量，降低复发，帮助他们早日回到正常的生活当中，减少疾病对他们生活和健康的影响[2]。……
