摘要：目的 观察家庭居家护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法 随机选择本院于2020年01月-2021年03月纳入的72例脑梗死偏瘫患者展开本次研究并分为两组，观察组和参照组分别实行家庭居家护理和常规护理，比较应用效果。结果 观察组神经功能评分低于参照组，下肢运动功能较高;比较两组护理满意度，观察组较高（P<0.05）。结论 在脑梗死偏瘫患者中展开家庭居家护理，患者的神经功能以及下肢运动功能获得了明显改善，患者满意度较高。

[Abstract]Objective To observe the effect of home care on the recovery of neurological function in hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 72 cases of cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The observation group and the reference group were given home care and routine care respectively，and the application effect was compared. Results the neurological function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，and the lower limb motor function was higher;Compared the two groups of nursing satisfaction，the observation group was higher（P < 0.05）. Conclusion in patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia to carry out home care，patients with neurological function and lower limb motor function has been significantly improved，patient satisfaction is high.

腦梗死偏瘫在临床中有着较高的发病率，患者病程进展速度快，病情迁延不愈，发病后很容易产生各种并发症，当前临床以药物治疗最为常见【1】。家庭居家护理的主要服务对象为家庭，通过护理人员以及患者家属的一同参与，并落实治疗以及护理措施，能够有效改善患者的生活自理能力。本文主要目标为观察家庭居家护理对脑梗死偏瘫患者神经功能恢复的影响，见下文。

1 资料和方法

1.1.一般资料

随机选择本院于2020年01月-2021年03月纳入的72例脑梗死偏瘫患者展开本次研究并分为两组，各36例。观察组男女患者分别20例和16例，平均年龄为（65.37±1.50）岁，参照组男女患者分别21例和15例，平均年龄为（65.13±1.55）岁。两组基本资料并不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2方法

1.2.1参照组

该组实行常规护理。以一对一交谈、发放健康教育手册等方式展开健康教育。
