摘要：目的 分析采血过程中应用规范化真空负压静脉采血护理对患者安全和检验前质量指标的影响，判断其临床应用价值。方法 本次研究對象总计100例，均选自本院采血患者，依据收集阶段实施护理模式不同进行分组。实施常规管理阶段收集的50例患者纳入对照组，实施规范化真空负压静脉采血护理阶段收集的50例患者纳入观察组，对比两组护理效果及检验前质量指标情况。结果 观察组护理不良反应发生率低于对照组，反应检验前质量指标优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 血液采集时实施规范化真空负压静脉采血护理，可显著提升采血安全性，对确保检验前质量指标具有积极促进作用，应用价值显著。

Objective to analyze the effect of standardized vacuum negative pressure vein blood collection nursing on the safety and quality index before the examination in the process of blood collection，and to judge the clinical application value. Methods 100 patients were selected from our hospital，and the nursing mode was divided according to the different nursing patterns in the collection stage. 50 patients collected in the routine management stage were included in the control group，50 patients collected in the standardized vacuum negative pressure venous blood collection nursing stage were included in the observation group，and the nursing effect and quality indexes before the test were compared. Results the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group，and the quality index before the reaction test was better than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the standardized vacuum negative pressure vein blood collection nursing can improve the safety of blood collection，and can promote the quality index before the test and has significant application value.

新时期，我国医疗行业发展迅速，各个环节的医疗设备及技术不断进步和发展，静脉采血管广泛应用于各级医疗机构中【1】。在实际临床应用过程中，强化医护人员专业能力和操作技能，要求其数量掌握静脉采血规范化操作标准及专业护理干预措施，是确保患者安全的关键，同时还能够保障血液样本质量，确保获得准确检验结果为临床提供准确依据【2】。本次研究将本院100例采血患者作为研究对象，观察分析规范化真空负压静脉采血护理的应用效果，重点研究对提升检查安全性及检验前质量指标的影响。研究详情报道如下。
