摘要：目的 分析在子宫肌瘤患者的护理工作中优质护理模式的实施效果。方法 选取本院2020年2月到2020年11月期间收治的182例子宫肌瘤患者进行研究，采用电脑随机编号法把其分成观察B组和对照A组，各91例，对照A组采用常规护理，观察B组在常规护理的基础上加入优质护理干预，并对两组的心理状态、疼痛程度和并发症总发生率进行比较。结果 观察B组SAS、SDS评分、疼痛评分、并发症总发生率均显著的没有对照A组高，两组存在较大差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床中对子宫肌瘤患者采取优质护理模式进行护理，能够显著的改善患者由于疾病导致的焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，减轻患者的疼痛感，有效的降低并发症发生的概率，值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing mode in the nursing of patients with uterine fibroids. Methods 182 patients with hysteromyoma in our hospital from February 2020 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group B and control group A with 91 cases in each group. The control group A was given routine nursing，and the observation group B was given high-quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing The degree of pain and the total incidence of complications were compared. Results the SAS，SDS scores，pain scores and the total incidence of complications in group B were significantly lower than those in group A（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the clinical high-quality nursing mode for patients with uterine fibroids can significantly improve the anxiety，depression and other negative emotions caused by the disease，reduce the pain of patients，effectively reduce the probability of complications，which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.

临床中女性生殖器官比较常见的一种疾病为子宫肌瘤，是子宫平滑肌增生造成的，性质为良性，下腹坠痛、不孕等是其主要临床症状，对患者的身心健康有着重大的影响，同时大幅度的降低患者的日常生活质量【1】。现阶段临床中治疗子宫肌瘤主要有药物、物理、手术等多种治疗方法。本研究选取本院2020年2月到2020年11月期间收治的182例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象，分析在子宫肌瘤患者的护理工作中优质护理模式的实施效果，取得显著的效果，现报告如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料
