摘要：目的 研究为阑尾炎手术患者护理时应用在针对性护理的效果及满意度情况。方法 将本院自2020年1月～2021年1月收治的68例阑尾炎手术患者当做研究对象，根据电脑随机方式将其分为两组，每组34例。给予参照组常规护理，给予实验组针对性护理，对比两组患者护理质量。结果 实验组各项评分明显优于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 针对性护理能够提升阑尾炎手术患者的护理效果，提升满意度，为患者带来更加优质的护理体验，促进其术后康复，值得推广和应用。

Objective to study the effect and satisfaction of the application of the application in the targeted nursing for patients with appendicitis. Methods 68 patients with appendicitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into two groups randomly according to computer random method，34 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing，the experimental group was given targeted nursing，and the quality of nursing care of the two groups was compared. Results the scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the reference group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion targeted nursing can improve the nursing effect and satisfaction of patients with appendicitis operation，bring more quality nursing experience for patients，and promote the postoperative recovery，which is worth popularizing and applying.

闌尾炎是一种具有较高发病率的手术，情况较为紧急，会让患者感受到较大的痛苦，需要及时使用有效的方式为患者治疗。临床中一般会使用手术治疗，效果更为理想，但是术前患者可能因为对手术的不了解以及恐惧等产生不良情绪，不利于手术开展【1】。所以需要使用有效的方式为患者护理，确保手术可以顺利进行，也便于术后患者加快恢复的速度。基于此，本院对为阑尾炎手术患者护理时应用在针对性护理的效果及满意度情况进行了研究，报道如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

将本院自2020年1月～2021年1月收治的68例阑尾炎手术患者当做研究对象，根据电脑随机方式将其分为两组，每组34例。参照组男性和女性患者的例数为18例和16例，年龄22～65岁，平均（43.56±5.26）岁;实验组男性和女性患者的例数为19例和15例，年龄23～66岁，平均（43.89±5.48）岁。两组患者基本资料进行对比没有明显的差别（P>0.05），可以比较。……
