摘要：目的 探讨分析对接受肺癌手术治疗的患者实施针对性护理干预的作用。方法 选取本院收治的80例肺癌患者进行此次研究，按照数字表法对患者进行平均分组，其中接受常规护理的40例作为参照组，实施针对性护理干预的40例作为观察组，观察对两组的护理效果。结果 比较两组的并发症发生情况，观察组好于参照组（P<0.05）;比较两组的肺功能改善情况，观察组好于参照组（P<0.05）。结论 根据本次研究的结果可以确认，对接受肺癌手术治疗的患者实施针对性护理干预的效果极其理想，不仅可以很好的预防并发症问题，还可以显著改善患者的肺功能，有必要在临床上大力推广。

[Abstract]Objective To explore and analyze the effect of targeted nursing intervention on patients undergoing lung cancer surgery. Methods 80 cases of lung cancer patients in our hospital were selected for this study，according to the number table method，the patients were divided into two groups，40 cases received routine nursing as the reference group，40 cases received targeted nursing intervention as the observation group，to observe the nursing effect of the two groups. Results the incidence of complications in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P < 0.05）;The improvement of lung function in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion according to the results of this study，it can be confirmed that the effect of targeted nursing intervention for patients with lung cancer surgery is extremely ideal，which can not only prevent complications，but also significantly improve the lung function of patients，so it is necessary to promote it in clinical practice.

肺癌是一種临床上比较常见的恶性肿瘤疾病，针对该病最为有效的治疗方法就是在患者发病早期采用手术治疗，这样就可以很好的控制患者的病情进展【1】。然而手术将会给患者的身体造成一定的损害，这就导致患者在术后很容易会出现肺炎以及肺气肿等多种并发症，这将会严重影响患者的术后康复【2】。所以，就需要在患者术后开展良好的护理干预，给予患者高质量的护理服务，才可以保证患者的有效恢复。因此，本文旨在探讨分析对接受肺癌手术治疗的患者实施针对性护理干预的作用。

1 资料和方法
