摘要：目的  分析2型糖尿病采用瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素治疗的临床效果。方法 选取本院2020年2月到2020年11月期间收治的184例2型糖尿病患者进行研究，采用电脑随机编号法把其分成观察B组和对照A组，各92例，对照A组使用甘精胰岛素进行治疗，观察B组使用瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素进行治疗，并对两组的空腹及餐后2h血糖（FPG和2hPG）水平和C肽水平、胰岛素（FINS）分泌水平进行比较。结果 观察B组FPG和2hPG水平显著的低于对照A组，C肽水平、胰岛素分泌水平显著的高于对照A组，两组存在较大差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在治疗2型糖尿病患者的时候，使用瑞格列奈+甘精胰岛素进行治疗，能够显著的降低患者的血糖水平，能够显著的提高患者C肽水平、胰岛素分泌水平，具有良好的治疗效果，值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

[Abstract]Objective Objective to analyze the clinical effect of repaglinide combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 184 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from February 2020 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group B and control group A with 92 cases in each group. The control group A was treated with insulin glargine，and the observation group B was treated with repaglinide combined with insulin glargine，Fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose（FPG and 2hPG），C peptide level and insulin（fins）secretion level were compared between the two groups. Results the levels of FPG and 2hPG in group B were significantly lower than those in group A，while the levels of C-peptide and insulin secretion in group B were significantly higher than those in group A. There were significant differences between the two groups（P < 0.05）. Conclusion in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes，the use of repaglinide + insulin glargine treatment，can significantly reduce the blood glucose level of patients，can significantly improve the level of C peptide and insulin secretion of patients，with good therapeutic effect，it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.

糖尿病是一種代谢疾病，致病原因具有多样性，临床表现为高血糖，临床症状是严重损害了胰岛β细胞，导致分泌胰岛素功能丧失或是抵抗胰岛素（IR），一些患者两者兼有【1】。2型糖尿病（T2DM）更多的是IR，常伴有分泌胰岛素不足，占据糖尿病总人数的绝大部分，是一种成人发病型糖尿病，并伴有视网膜病变、肾脏病变、外周血管病变及动脉粥样硬化性心脏病等多种并发症。本研究选取本院2020年2月到2020年11月期间收治的184例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，分析2型糖尿病采用瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素治疗的临床效果，取得显著的效果，现报告如下。……
