摘要：目的  总结鼻内镜鼻窦手术术后的处理方法，并观察其与疗效的关系。方法  选取2016年1月至2018年1月期间在我院行鼻内镜手术的126例慢性副鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象，给予所有患者术后处理，随访1年后观察治疗效果。结果  随访1年后，126例慢性副鼻窦炎患者治愈97例（77.0%），好转21例（16.7%），无效8例（6.3%），治疗总有效率为93.7%（118/126）。结论  对行鼻内镜鼻窦手术的慢性副鼻窦炎患者进行术后正确处理与换药，可获得较为理想的治疗效果。

[abstract] objective to summarize the postoperative management of endoscopic sinus surgery and observe the relationship between endoscopic sinus surgery and curative effect. Methods 126 patients with chronic paranasal sinusitis who underwent nasal endoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects. Postoperative treatment was given to all patients， and the treatment effect was observed after 1 year follow-up. Results after 1 year follow-up， the 126 patients with chronic paranasal sinusitis were cured in 97 cases （77.0%）， improved in 21 cases （16.7%）， ineffective in 8 cases （6.3%）， and the total effective rate was 93.7% （118/126）. Conclusion proper postoperative management and dressing change of patients with chronic paranasal sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery can obtain ideal therapeutic effect.

慢性副鼻竇炎为耳鼻喉科常见的一种慢性疾病，主要临床表现为鼻塞、流脓鼻涕、头昏、头痛以及嗅觉减退等，对患者日常生活造成严重影响[1]。目前，临床对慢性副鼻窦炎主张手术治疗，其中鼻内镜术为其常用术式，而术后正确的用药与处理为保证患者获得最佳疗效的重要因素。为了总结鼻内镜鼻窦手术术后的正确处理方法，本研究选取了126例慢性副鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象，观察治疗效果。现总结如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2016年1月至2018年1月期间在我院行鼻内镜手术的126例慢性副鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象，患者中男66例，女60例;年龄16-72岁，平均年龄（47.5±8.2）岁;病程6个月-18年，平均病程（8.5±3.7）年;病情分型：I型1期18例，2期22例，3期21例;II型1期17例，2期20例，3期20例;III型8例。

1.2 方法 （1）术前准备：术前指导患者服用抗生素与糖皮质激素等药物，并在鼻腔内点呋麻合剂，每天3次，同时采取常规CT扫描病灶，并在术前1d服用止血药物。……
