摘 要：乡村医疗是整个医疗体系的神经末梢，了解乡村医疗卫生情况，有利于提高人们的幸福感。线上就诊依赖于科学技术的发展，为人们就医提供了极大的便利，线上就医与乡村医疗结合，有利于村民对于自身的疾病“早发现、早治疗。”以兰州市榆中县夏官营镇X村为例，对于X村的卫生医疗现状及在线就诊接受情况进行实地调查，并展开探究，给出进一步的解决方案。

关键词：乡村医疗;乡村振兴;线上就诊

Abstract： Rural medical care is the nerve ending of the entire medical system. Knowing the medical and health conditions in rural areas is helpful to improve people's well-being. Online medical treatment relies on the development of science and technology， which provides great convenience for people to seek medical treatment. The combination of online medical treatment and rural medical treatment is conducive to villagers’ "early detection and early treatment of their own diseases." This article is based on Yuzhong County， Lanzhou City. Take X Village in Xiaguanying Town as an example， conduct on-site investigations on the health and medical status of X Village and online medical acceptance， and launch explorations to provide further solutions.

一、调查背景

2021年2月25日上午，全国脱贫攻坚总结表彰大会在北京人民大会堂隆重举行。会上习近平总书记庄严宣告：“我国脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利”。脱贫攻坚战的全面胜利，标志着党在团结带领人民创造美好生活、实现共同富裕的道路上迈出了坚实的一大步。同时，脱贫摘帽不是终点，而是新生活、新奋斗的起点。解决发展不平衡不充分问题、缩小城乡区域发展差距、实现人的全面发展和全體人民共同富裕仍然任重道远[1]。因病致贫和因病返贫是我们巩固和维护脱贫攻坚成果的“拦路虎”。部分偏远乡村“看病难”的问题依然较为突出，线上就诊的高效性和便捷性对于目前部分偏远乡村来说是“望尘莫及”的，乡村医疗卫生情况带给了线上就诊莫大的机遇。这些机遇有哪些呢，如何将线上就诊引入别老百姓的实际生活中去，是笔者研究的重点。

二、调查目的

为了更好的了解乡村医疗卫生的市场需求以及当地老百姓的就医需要，笔者深入夏官营镇X村，了解当地村民的就医需求及就实情况，结合线上就诊的发展，为当地老百姓的就医提供便利。……
