摘要：四川是茶产业大省，经过近20年快速发展，茶业已成为盆周山区和丘陵地区重要的支柱产业。文章总结近年川茶产业发展经验，介绍茶产业发展措施与成效，并对“十四五”川茶产业强省建设的发展目标与任务提出相应对策举措。

Abstract： Sichuan is a major tea producing province. After nearly 20 years of rapid development， tea industry hasbecome an important pillar industry in the mountainous and hilly areas. The article summarized the developmentexperience of Sichuan tea industry in recent years and introduced the development measures and results of the teaindustry， and put forward corresponding countermeasures and measures for the development goals and tasks of building a strong tea province during the 14th Five-Year plan.

茶產业是四川省委、省政府确定的“5+1”现代产业体系中食品饮料产业的重要组成部分，也是现代农业“10+3”产业体系的重要产业，在两大体系中都把茶单列为主抓产业，充分体现了四川省委、省政府对发展茶产业的高度重视。提出建成“千亿茶产业强省”战略目标，川茶产业规模化、标准化、品牌化迈上了新台阶，越来越受到国内外消费者的青睐。

一、川茶产业发展现状

2020年川西南茶区早茶即将开园采摘的时候，却遭遇了新冠肺炎疫情突发影响，在省委、省政府的坚强领导和省茶产业联系机制成员单位、金融部门的大力支持下，按照年初制定的目标和《2021年精制川茶产业培育工作要点》扎实推进，确保了茶叶采得下、有人收、加工好、卖得出，茶叶生产克难奋进，实现了稳中有进，取得了产业规模持续扩大，质量效益持续提升，品牌影响力持续提高的良好发展态势。据业务统计，2020年全省茶园面积39.07万hm2，毛茶产量33.5万t，毛茶产值303.8亿元，面积、产量、产值比上年分别增长1.03%、2.9%、8.8%，为茶农全年增收奠定了较好基础。

二、发展措施与成效

四川省委、省政府一直高度重视川茶产业发展，在各地各部门的积极推动下，实现了川茶产业整体转型升级，产业化经营水平和产品质量安全水平显著提高，科技支撑能力明显增强。……
