摘要：目的：通过问卷调查研究护理专业学生营养知识的知信行现状及影响因素，为护理专业《临床营养学》课程教学提供依据，提高教学效果。 方法 采用营养知识、态度、行为调查问卷对大二和大三年级护理专业学生进行调查。 结果 护理专业学生临床营养知识相对欠缺，营养态度绝大多数人端正，在营养饮食行为上存在不足以及在运动方面做的还不够。 结论 护理学生应加强《临床营养学》教学和知识拓展，增加营养知识储备，保持良好营养态度，改善营养饮食习惯和饮食行为。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of nutrition knowledge， attitude and behavior of nursing students by questionnaire， to provide the basis for the teaching of clinical nutrition course of nursing specialty and improve the teaching effect.Methods Nutrition knowledge， attitude and behavior questionnaire were used to investigate the nursing students in sophomore and junior year.Results The clinical nutrition knowledge of college students is relatively deficient， the nutrition attitude is correct， the nutrition diet behavior is insufficient and the exercise is not enough.Conclusions Nursing students should strengthen the teaching and knowledge expansion of Clinical Nutrition， increase the reserve of nutritional knowledge， maintain a good nutritional attitude， improve nutritional eating habits and eating behavior， strengthen exercise.

随着社会的发展和人民物质生活水平的提髙，人们饮食结构和生活方式与以往有了很大的改善，这也导致一些慢性疾病发病率的増髙，人们的健康受到了严重的影响[1]。有研究表明，我国护理专业学生的营养护理的知识比较欠缺，需要加强营养教育。有必要提高护理专业学生营养知识认知程度，以及端正营养态度以便改善营养行为，在今后的护理工作岗位中更好的为患者提供营养膳食指导[2]。本研究对河北医科大学护理学专业部分二、三年级的学生进行调查，旨在了解河北医科大学护理学专业学生营养知识、态度、行为现状，为护理学专业《临床营养学》课程教学提供依据，提高教学效果，促进全民健康[3]。
