摘要：目的 消风汤在湿疹皮炎类皮肤病中的临床应用效果进行观察研究。方法 选取我院2019年11月-2021年1月期間收治的170例湿疹皮炎类皮肤病患者为研究对象，并采取随机平均法分为两组，各85例。对照组患者采用常规治疗方式进行治疗，观察组采用消风汤对患者进行治疗，对两组临床治疗效果进行观察分析。结果 观察组患者治疗后瘙痒与皮损症状评分更低，治疗后复发率也更低，对比具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 同传统治疗方式相比，采用消风汤对皮炎湿疹患者进行治疗能够更好的改善瘙痒和皮损等症状，同时能够有效降低疾病复发率，消风汤在皮炎湿疹类皮肤病中的应用效果显著，值得推广。

[Abstract]Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaofeng Decoction on eczema and dermatitis. Methods 170 patients with eczema and dermatitis in our hospital from November 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups，85 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment，and the observation group was treated with Xiaofeng decoction. Results the scores of pruritus and skin lesions in the observation group were lower after treatment，and the recurrence rate was lower after treatment，with statistical significance（P < 0.05）. Conclusion compared with the traditional treatment，Xiaofeng decoction can improve the symptoms of itch and skin lesions，simultaneous interpreting the symptoms of dermatitis and eczema，and effectively reduce the relapse rate. The application of Xiaofeng Decoction in dermatitis and eczema is significant and worthy of promotion.

湿疹皮炎类皮肤病是最常见的皮肤病类型之一，皮损与瘙痒是这类皮肤病的最主要特征【1】，患病后患者生活质量严重受到影响，一方面影响美观，另一方面瘙痒难耐容易导致抓挠出血【2】。醋酸曲安奈德软膏合并抗组胺药是治疗湿疹皮炎类皮肤病的常见治疗方法，可以有效缓解瘙痒等病症，同时在一定程度上降低复发率，不过这种治疗方式主要是外用给药【3】，所以药物渗透作用有限，治疗效果受到一定影响，鉴于此，本院对消风汤在皮肤湿疹类皮肤病中的应用效果展开观察研究，现将研究过程做如下报道。

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料
